Excellent Property and Location
This condo was perfect for our family of 6 which included 4 adults and 2 young children. The condo was clean and had plenty of space. We needed to reach out to the property management team and they were very responsive and accommodating. 2 minute walk to the beach, and the trolley stops right outside the front door.

Incredible location. Nice condo
This place is fantastic. I highly recommended if you want to be close to the water. Literally walk out your back door and your a 5 minutes stroll to the ocean. The back patio and yard also has plenty of space for barbecuing and eating outdoors. The place itself is good -- clean, amenities in the kitchen were fairly well stocked. Slightly small for 4 adults, but more than big enough for our family of two adults and two small children. Would absolutely stay here again.

Thanksgiving at Siesta Keys
We spent a short Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends at Siesta Key. The location was located directly at the beach which was fabulous. The house was reasonably well equipped and clean. The kitchen equipment and furnitures could be a bit modernized. The deck, BBQ and fire pit were beautiful. Overall we had a fantastic time and we would definitely come back.

Siesta Key Beach House
Three story unit in which we stayed on the 1st floor. It wasn't too noisy, but you could hear people walking upstairs. Very convenient to the beach which is what we were looking for. Siesta Key's beach has a fairly long walk to the water even if you stay directly on the beachside. Very nice once you get there! So this unit is more about location for me. We enjoyed it.

Property is in a good location. Building and some furniture is a bit tired and walking on the second floor is loud but was well stocked with conveniences and was clean. Mgmt co is top notch

Siesta key
We loved the location and glad we could walk every where. The hot water in the kitchen was not good and using the outdoor shower was not something we could do. We loved having the fire pit, grill and patio! Good place to be.

Bachelorette Moms
My friend and I stayed here to be within walking distance of the Bachelorette for my friend’s daughter, which my daughter coordinated, as the Maid of Honor. The house was in a perfect spot, with easy beach access, a short walk to the young ladies and an easy walk to town. The house is bright and clean and has all you need!! It was the perfect place for us to hang with one another, when recovering from time with the ladies. Anthony was also terrific, giving quick responses to any questions.

Great experience
This little perfect spot, directly on the beach, had everything you need to enjoy a perfect stay. The backyard was aweome with electric fire pit and gas grills. Bedrooms were spacious with room for everyone. Beach towels and enough linens provided. Kitchen fully stocked and functional! Totally awesome price point for the accommodations!! Huge back deck with ocean chairs and toys available to use! Great communication with host , and easy remote check in and out! Highly recommend!!

Nice location on Siesta Beach
First off, this place is definitely on the beach with a relatively short walk down the public access to one of the nicest parts of Siesta Beach. The area is removed from the main public beach area so though there's easy access you won't be surrounded by a bunch of people (even on busy beautiful weekends). Unfortunately, there is no view of the beach or ocean from this ground floor unit. There's trees/shrubs blocking the view. I'm sure that the 2nd and 3rd floor units have a good view. The unit was a little odd getting into with physical keys, confusing emails with wrong key box code, but the property manager answered his cell phone immediately and was courteous and helpful. You can walk from this place to the village area with restraurants and shops, but may be a long walk for older folks or small kids. We never had a problem finding a space in the free city parking lot. The unit was clean and about standard for a Florida condo. There were 3 bedrooms (one king, one queen, and two singles) and 1 bathroom. Furniture was all in good condition. Kitchen was well-stocked and everything was clean and worked correctly. Bathroom was also condo-standard. There is no washer/dryer in this unit, so plan accordingly for packing or off-site laundry. The outside deck is huge with a large table and seating for at least 6, but its uncovered and bakes in the sun nearly all day. There's a convenient outside shower for washing off feet and equipment of sand. This place is well-maintained and has a great location. Can't beat that combination at this price point. Will be staying here again next time we visit Sarasota.

The Location was SO great! Walking distance to shopping and dining. Very close to the beach, 3 min walk. decorated SO cute. Communication was good leading up to our stay. The outdoor shower was nicer than the indoor shower and was nice to have. we brought our own beach chairs, but they did have some there for use, but I can't say what kind of condition they were in. The bathroom was well stocked with nice bath towels and a few beach towels. 1 bathroom for 6 people was challenging, there was zero water pressure in the shower, it was SO bad we all used the outdoor shower. No sponge, cloth or drying rag to wash dishes with. There were no mats at any of the doors to wipe your feet off after rinsing them from the beach. The bottom level had a wonderful deck & outdoor area, BUT the bugs and Mosquitoes were SO TERRIBLE we were not even able to enjoy the outdoor area. Just past the deck and outdoor sitting area was a very marshy part of the yard full of a lot of shrubs, trees, and bushes that completely obstructed the oceanfront view and was likely the cause of all biting bugs. They desperately need mosquito abatement. Part of why we rented here was the backyard and we were not even able to enjoy it. There is no pantry so we had to have our dry goods on top of the oven area. Regardless of wiping the counters with Clorox wipes several X a day, there were sugar ants ALL over the sink and counter constantly. Price was too high for the fixes needed to stay again or recommend.

We were slated to stay here when Tropical Storm / Hurricane Elsa approached. I asked Sean (manager) about re-scheduling for a later date given my worry to be on the beach, with kids during a storm. I was also concerned about being able to get back home to work commitments. He was polite and professional, but completely inflexible. He would not allow me to reschedule, even at the MUCH higher than normal rate I had paid (in full). While we had hoped that Siesta Key would be a new and different place for us in FL (we usually stay in Indian Rocks beach), we did not get to experience it. And, to be honest, I will not rent from this property management company again b/c they were just not willing to work with me. I write this review to advise others- be sure to purchase insurance. I did not and it is a lesson -learned.

This property is right on the beach with a very private backyard. Also, a brief walk to village. A second bathroom and interior washer and dryer would truly improve property. Also the outer coin laundry really does not go with the property or experience . Overall a great place

Great locstion
We really enjoyed the location and the outdoor space this property had. It came with a cooler, beach chairs, and an umbrella! The scenery was beautiful and they were very accommodating while we stayed. There is a trailer on the property and a woman came to open it and was around for awhile. She was somewhat rude to one of my guests, but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again with a small group.

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The “ocean view” is a bit misleading as you cannot see the ocean from the backyard at all and it’s a good 300 yards to the beach. That being said, the property is very private. There is a pathway that leads to the public beach access right next door to the property which was a bit marshy. Free public transportation access is next to the property and it’s a quick ride or half mile walk to the village. Lots of great restaurants and shopping.

Thank you very much for your response. The lower level of the three story condo, Surfside, has the benefit of the large wood deck with dining table, and lounging chairs, that flows directly into the backyard of the property with the BBQ and firepit, and then directly onto to the beach path. The natural beach vegetation associated with the beach on Siesta Key is between the home property and the beach, so from the first floor, one cannot see the beach, however, is the ideal access to the large deck, BBQ, and fire pit. The second and third floor condo's have smaller balcony's and yet beautiful views of the beach, so each has its benefits based on preferences. The path to the beach directly from the home does become wet with rain, and we are fortunate to have the public beach access to the beach directly next to the condo as an alternative route. With that said, the owner has improved the private beach access path just recently which makes it a very enjoyable to walk out to the beach when it is not wet from excessive rain. We are hopeful you will come back and visit again in the near future, and perhaps choose to stay one of the other two condo's on floor 2 or 3 to enjoy the extensive view from these condo units. Really nice place for a girls' getaway
Surf side condo was nicely furnished, cute decor and beds were comfy. I thought at first one bathroom would be an issue for 5 women, but it ended up not being an issue at all! It was a short walk to the beach and a short walk to Siesta Key village, so location was great. I did not like how the laundry facilites were outside and shared by the two condos above us Thats not disclosed on website). We were only there for three nights so we decided to not use them. Management was very quick to respond to my messages. We had lots of rain while we were there but the condo was comfy and we had lots fun regardless.
