Oceanfront Perfection

This was our first visit to Siesta Key, and we were extremely happy with this oceanview condo! The amenities were exactly as described by the host. Amy was an excellent communicator and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of four. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony during our children’s nap times and for relaxing at night. We loved the easy access to both the pool and the ocean. We would definitely stay here again for future trips!

Wonderful time in Siesta Key

We enjoyed our time at Jamaica Royale. The unit was clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely return the next time we visit Siesta Key.

We really enjoyed our week stay in Siesta Key. Plenty of space for 5 adults. The deck area was very spacious. The condo had everything we needed.

Amazing beach access

This is our second stay at this condo. The beach is beautiful and so accessible. The condo is really comfortable and has everything you need, including a large balcony with ocean views.

Perfect Siesta Key Spot

This condo is in the perfect area to get to and from Siesta Key Village, and more importantly - to enjoy the beach! We loved taking the trolley to town (and walking) and experiencing this beachy, fun area! Amy was great to reach out to whenever we needed anything!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

We had such a wonderful family vacation thanks to this awesome beachfront property! It’s such a short walk to the beach, the fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer was so convenient, and our little kids loved the heated pool (and we appreciated the beach views from it!) The outdoor balcony has a beautiful view of the beach, and the sunset - you can hear the waves! We can’t wait wait to book our stay again next year!

Special Place!

Sunny Condo 44 was the best place we could’ve asked for on a relaxing girls trip! It was clean, perfect location, beautifully decorated, and an amazing balcony! Woke up every morning to the sunrise and were able to take only a couple of steps to the beach. Amy was such a delight to communicate with through out the entire booking process, as well as our stay. Will definitely be visiting again, soon!

Great Beach getaway

This property was lovely. The decor was beautiful and the condo had everything we could have needed. Going into the property was a long drive through construction of small units (from the hurricane damage-no fault of the owner) but once at Tower 1 it was better. Parking spaces are parallel parking. The condo was beautiful and the huge patio had partial ocean views that were so nice. Our only complaint was the guest bedroom was really warm and no pull out sofa in the living room which was cooler. The bathrooms were small but functional. Really liked the bottom drawers where the hair dryers were. The master room was huge and so was the closet. The room itself had beautiful views of the ocean. The guest room was nice also with 2 queen beds and the closet had a vanity in it. It would have been great had it not been really warm. The beach itself was awesome! Nice main pool that opened 9-9. We mainly went to the beach and really loved it.

Amazing!

If you are considering booking Amy’s place on Siesta Key beach just do it! You will not regret it! One of the cleanest places we’ve ever booked with the BEST location, comfiest beds, biggest lanai, and super great air conditioning. Truly nothing bad to say. Amy was super fast to respond to any inquiries I had, & we’d totally stay here again in a heartbeat! Siesta key is a gem and this place is the icing on the cake!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

Amy was great with communication. She was able to let me check in a littler earlier which was great! The condo is so cute and has everything you need. The condo is a short walk from the beach. The private beach is great not super crowded. Pool was also nice. I ended up taking a solo trip. Everything was easy to navigate and I felt safe.
