Welcome to Villa Maritima, a family-owned and well-cared-for Siesta Key first-floor condo located within a quiet coastal community. This is a place to slow down, settle in, and enjoy the simple pleasures of island living — whether that means long beach days, evenings out in the village, or peaceful mornings close to home.

The sugar-white sands of Siesta Key Beach are just a short 10-minute walk away, with convenient private beach access that makes getting to the water easy and stress-free. The condo is ideally positioned between Siesta Key Village and South Village, giving you access to restaurants, shops, and local favorites while still enjoying a relaxed, uncrowded setting. Many guests find they can park the car and explore the island on foot or by bike for most of their stay.

Guests enjoy access to a well-maintained community with amenities that make extended stays especially enjoyable, including:

We stayed for two nights at Villa Maritima and had an amazing experience. The check-in process was simple and stress-free, and our host Hallie was incredibly pleasant and easy to communicate with. This is by far the nicest VRBO property we’ve ever stayed in! The location is perfect, featuring a beautiful seawall with a cozy sitting area—ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee while watching dolphins and local marine life. The property provided bicycles, making it easy to explore. Siesta Key Village is just a short ride away, and Siesta Public Beach is within walking or biking distance. There’s also a private beach entrance conveniently located across the street from the unit. We can’t say enough good things about Villa Maritima and are already looking forward to our next visit!
