The condo was just as it was described. Everything was clean when we got there. There were plenty of great beach toys. Matt’s communication was spot on! Really enjoyed our time and was worth the money!

The property was very nice, location was awesome. A MASSIVE storm rolled through and the area had catastrophic flooding, and it did result in a small leak but the owner was on it immediately and followed up to ensure things were right. Very easy going, lots of ammenities and the location is center of the key with a Trolley stop right in front (perfect). Only complaint is that the parking is tough if you have a big vehicle.

Very comfortable appartement

Very well equipped and comfortable appartement in nice condo with pool and access to the water. We liked the kitchen and the beach equipment. 15 minutes walk to the beach is a bit long, when it is hot in July. Sea was almost too warm(!). After the checkout, we got some unnecessary and unpleasant questions about the parking pass and the beach-towels that we had all left exactly where we had found them.
