345 Canal Rd - This upstairs 2/2 unit is beautifully remodeled and furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer. Relax in the hammock by the pool, BBQ, and Tiki Bars. Take pleasure in an afternoon at Siesta Beach, the #1 beach in the nation, or enjoy shopping and dining in the Village, all just a short walk away. 345 and 343 can be rented together as a perfect home for a larger group or family. Check availability or call to see if they are both available for your vacation.

All photos, calendar dates, and rates on this website are 100% accurate. All of our homes include cable TV, Wi-Fi, quality linens, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Our kitchens are stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and other items. The unit is supplied with some basic household needs (starter roll of toilet paper and paper towel one garbage bag). SBR does not supply toiletries, hair dryer, iron or ironing boards during your stay.

We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. We will send you detailed check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival, and we are available 24 hours a day with live help should you require it.

I actually didn’t use the pool but I was well maintained and other guests used it daily. The condo was as advertised, clean and spacious. It was quiet at night, it had a lovely balcony and the location could not be beat. Definitely would stay there again!

So nice! Especially the pool!

We had a great time! This place was clean, comfortable and has the perfect location! The beach, the shops were so close and the pool was so great! We are return customers and will return again!

Great location / Great property

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Very short walk to the village where all the restaurants, grocery store and shops are. A short walk to Siesta Key Beach as well. The pool looked great but it was a little chilly to use it. I would definitely stay here again. Scott was also easy to work with and always responsive to us!
