  • Experience Siesta Key in this lovely island condo! Conveniently located above one of our island’s grocery stores, this condo is directly in the heart of the vibrant South Siesta Key Village. With great food, shopping, and plenty of activities, Siesta Key promises amazing experiences for everyone who visits. Take advantage of the tranquil waters, soft sand, and warm sun as you explore all the island has to offer and unwind at the end of a fantastic day in this beautiful condo.

    The Location:
    - 0.2 Miles to Beach Access #12

    Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

    Important things to note:
    - This property is stairs only; all guests must have the ability to use stairs.
    - We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
    - Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
    - To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
    - Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

Location was convenient to food and the beach but not ideal. You’re in a parking lot and at a busy traffic light which made for a noisy stay at times especially for our toddler trying to sleep. Place was clean and simple and had all major amenities.

Property is very clean and the beach management company is very responsive. The property is very close many amenties and the beach is across the beach. Kust be aware you will need a car to get to partner pool. Additionally bathrooms are inside rooms. If you have family staying in 3rd room they must go through the bedrooms to gain access.
