Perfect beach location
This unit was exactly as advertised. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and ready for guests. We had a small glitch with tv remotes, but when we called, the manager responded quickly and restored the remotes. The pool was great after a day at the beach. The screened in porch was nice for entertaining. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Moms & Sons Spring Break Vacation
We rented the lower level of the Hummingbird. The property looked just like the pictures! Place was bright and had just enough space and bathrooms. One of the TVs had problems, and Maintanence came and switched it out promptly. The location was perfect for our group, which allowed us to walk to many shops and restaurants. I through it enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Good location in Siesta Key
Customer service was great. If we called The Cottages’ ladies and men responded. Three nice bedrooms and two great showers, one was adequate. Nice pool right at your back door. One block from the nicely stocked Siesta Market and 4 minute walk from house to beach. Or parking at the beach with a one minute walk. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Siesta Key Spot
While not ON the beach it’s close enough. We’d rather be next to the village anyway. Clean, plenty of space, comfy beds, and great amenities. We will be back!

Great location
Right in the heart of Siesta key. Can walk to all the restaurants and shops. Clean place. Pool was smaller than expected and is shared with three other units. Overall everything was great, especially the cupcakes to welcome us!
