    Our newly renovated Condo Kokomo boasts an unrivaled location as it is DIRECTLY across the street from Siesta Public Beach. A short 1-mile journey will lead you to The Village, a vibrant hub brimming with charming shops and delectable restaurants, beckoning you to embark on a delightful exploration of its offerings.

    Start your mornings with a blissful cup of coffee on your own private veranda mere steps from the beach, or simply step across the street to immerse yourself in the azure ocean waters and sink your toes into the velvety white sands where you can enjoy world-renowned Siesta Key sunsets.

    While our property doesn't have a pool or a hot tub, we are thrilled to highlight its prime location mere steps from the beach. The stunning beach with it's warm ocean waters just a stone's throw away offers a serene and captivating setting, creating a unique experience where you can unwind, relax, and embrace the natural beauty surrounding you. Perfect Getaway

Amazing quick stay, can’t beat the location, condo was cute, clean and equipped with basic needs for stay. Having access to beach supplies was a major plus. Host was pleasant and fast to communicate with. Perfect stay for 4th of July to watch the fireworks right from patio. Highly recommend!

Great time at Siesta Key!

We had a great time at Siesta Key in the cozy condo. Just right for us two. The beautiful beach was a quick jaunt across the street, so convenient. There was so much to do around the area. Would recommend the Botanical gardens and the Mote Aquarium!

Beautiful condo at the beach.

I stayed with a friend for 2 nights at this lovely condo. Great location. Beautiful beach was just across the not busy road with shopping and restaurants a few minutes walk away. The condo was very clean, fresh, tastefully decorated and well equipped. I will definitely recommend to friends.

My husband and I decided to visit Siesta Key at the last moment and Amelia took good care of us. The unit is steps from the beach in the heart of Seista key. The bed was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. We will be back!

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean, inviting, and perfect for a get away. The beach is so close, and the provided chairs, towels, cart, and coolers make it even easier for a beach day! Perfect location perfect weekend getaway most beautiful beach I’ve seen in the United States

This condo was absolutely adorable. It was decorated so cute. It was so close to the beach. We just walked across the street and there we were very close to the village. We rented bikes were able to get around the island on our bikes the whole weekend. We happen to look out and be right across the street also from the international Sandcastle competition, which was amazing. We had a fantastic weekend. Definitely will stay here again.

This is an amazing place! We'll definitely come back! “Everybody knows a little place like Kokomo Now if you wanna go to get away from it all Go down to Kokomo!” That's exactly how we felt! EVERYTHING was just updated and they spared no expense. We've stayed in a condo from these owners in PCB before, so I was excited to visit another FL area with confidence. They do such a great job of keeping their places nice. Besides the condo, we LOVED the beach and so many close things to do. Eating, excursions, shopping... Great trip!

This property was absolutely perfect!! The location, the decor, the property, etc. I can’t say enough about it. It was pure perfection. It also has everything you need and would want from beach towels to boogie boards. We absolutely loved the extra touches done by the owner. Accent lights behind TV and the surfboard headboard. Everything is so close that you can walk everywhere. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here. A+++++

Siesta Key Stay

One bedroom condo with roomy living room area. Quaint place with all the necessities for a beach getaway. Comfortable and convenient location opposite the beach with ample room for two. Laundry room two doors down, which was a nice touch. Friendly onsite property manager. Walmart delivered our groceries, which made life easy. Bunk bed in living room is convenient, if you’re traveling with children. Would consider it for future trips to Siesta Key. Check in process went smoothly and host was responsive and gracious when we arrived ahead of scheduled arrival. Small patio in front with retro style outdoor furniture made it a great place for morning coffee. Thanks to the hosts for providing a clean and comfortable space for guests.

Only a 2 night stay, wish it was longer

Highly recommend this condo. We loved how it is decorated & it is very clean and all of the amenities is a plus *beach chairs & towels & cooler are an added bonus.The location is only a 15-20 min. Walk to the village or the trolly stop is right at the corner (however, the trollys were usually full so we chose to walk). The only reason for the 4 star rating for location was because it is right across from the park where there are pavilions and unfortunately we did not sit outside at night because there was a group of people playing loud annoying music and it was after 10pm, which is no fault of the condo owner/management). Lastly, everytime I had a question I would email the host/management and they would reply within the hour. Do not hesitate to book!

We will be back!

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had made a great choice. Great location, directly across the street from Siesta Key beach. The place looks exactly as it does in the pictures. It’s decorated in a very cute beach vibe. It has plenty of kitchen items for staying in, including a coffee maker (and coffee in the pantry). There’s a parking spot right in front of the unit. Big TVs and plenty of space at the dining table to play games and cozy setting on the patio with beach views (we saw three weddings!). Close to restaurants, bars, pickleball and tennis courts. We had to contact the property manager about the AC and we had immediate response and it was quickly resolved. I won’t even look at other properties. I’ll stay here my next trip back for sure!

Fabulous week on Siesta Key

Fantastic rental. Very spacious. Very clean. Really nice layout. The kids were happy on the bunk beds and the bedroom was very comfortable. Large kitchen table, we played board games with 8 people. Location was fabulous. Just across from the beach and not far from downtown siesta key. Details: Parking was great. Check in was so easy. Place was clean. Great communication with the management. Complete transparency — the bedroom closet is odd and has a water heater and vacuum, the dresser is old, a few minor maintenance issues like the front and rear door handles would fall off, but the deadbolts worked fine. That being said, this is the only place we will be staying for future visits. Totally 100% happy!
