All new flooring in living and dining area. Gorgeous Sarasota Intra-Coastal/Bay water views from this fifth floor 2 bed/2 bath condominium unit with TV's in every room! Enjoy the tropical breeze from the screened lanai. Living room is furnished with sofa bed, Flat screen HDTV and DVD/CD combo. All new kitchen counter tops and many new cooking utensils! All new high-end mattresses in both bedrooms! Master bedroom has king bed, Flat Screen TV and DVD player. Master bath is newly remodeled with large walk in shower. Guest Bedroom offers twin beds, 26" Flat Screen TV. Guest bathroom was recently remodeled and has tub/shower combo with glass doors. Washer and dryer inside unit. Comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 people. Unit is set up for WiFi internet and high speed DSL hard-wired internet.

Beach time

Great places to take your family. Love the beach and warm water. Found two of the sinks in our room which were clog and filling with water when used. Told the management company and the plumbers showed up same day and solved the issues.
