This 2 bed/2 bath second floor 1400+ s.f. unit overlooks the tropical gardens and Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the lazy days in paradise on the spacious screened lanai that stretches from the living room to the master bedroom. Living room offers soft leather sofas, TV/DVD, master bedroom includes BRAND NEW king bed and dresser set and flat screen TV; the guest bedroom features two twin beds and flat screen TV. Master bath has dual sink granite top vanity and a large walk-in shower; guest bathroom has granite top vanity and tub/shower combination. Unit sleeps 4. Washer/Dryer. Unit has wireless internet.

Fantastic location

This condo has a wonderful view of the pool and the gulf. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The balcony was huge and also comfortable to lounge or eat. The beach access is close and easy. Covered assigned parking was available and there was even guest parking. Restaurants within walking distance.

A great vacation place

An excellent place which I will recommend to my friends. The administration is very attentive and helpful especially Meg Regan who was very attentive to us.
