  • Brand New to the Rental Program! Absolutely GORGEOUS 2 bedroom 2 full bath unit on the 2nd floor in the main tower on the Gulf Side. Overlooking the beautiful tropical grounds, pool and the famous, white sugary sands of Crescent Beach! Tastefully decorated in a very light and bright, modern beach-theme, leather furniture in the living room, very updated kitchen with an open floor plan. The colors of the unit are off white and pale blue. Beautiful plank tile throughout the unit. Very cozy lanai with lounger seating and a bar top counter for morning coffee or a cocktail during sunset! Perfect view out over the pool and a direct line of sight straight out to the emerald-blue waters of the Gulf! King Bed in Master Bedroom. Two Double Beds in Guest Bedroom. Sleeps 6 people. Complimentary Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer in the condo, cable tv, phone.

Midnight cove rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our three weeks renting in midnight cove. The condo was well equipped and spacious. The complex was immaculately maintained. The security team was really diligent in keeping the late nights quiet.

Great beach, great location — problems never addressed

We had a number of safety and maintenance issues with our condo. We reached out to the property manager multiple times and they never returned our call. I was injured when a kitchen drawer fell on me. You could not use the toilet in the second bathroom without holding the overhead storage so that it didn’t fall on you. The dishwasher stopped working the day before Thanksgiving. I reached out to the emergency line, left a message with after hours service and left multiple messages on the maintenance voice mail. No one ever got back to us. The pool heater was not working so it was cold 1/2 the week.

Great location

The location was great! Close to the beach, great view of the ocean and sunsets. Nice pool. Easy walk or short drive to many good restaurants. Could have use a little more attention to detail in the unit - shelf loose, bathroom cabinet not secure, some touch up painting would make the unit look more special. But would definately stay here again. Thanks for the good week!
