Great location to beach

Our group of 10 (ages 6-73) stayed here for a week long beach trip. The beach is a short five minute walk (half pavement/half sand access). The beach was perfect. It was near the end of the beach where there is a decent area for snorkeling. Nice and shallow and perfect for the younger kids. Beach supplies provided by the home were minimal- beach wagon (which was not heavy-duty enough to go through the deeper sand so we ended up not using it) and 6 beach chairs. We brought our own beach canopy and had we not there would have been nothing for shade. There were 4 adult and 1 kid bikes (no helmets) that were great for a bike ride. The home itself was good. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking in terms of flatware, pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms were as advertised. Some of the locks didn't work. Access to the pool area is fine but it is not as easy as one would like (have to go through the garage and around the entire length of the home to access it on the side of the house). The pool was small but perfect. We ran into a few issues at the beginning of our stay, but Cottages at the Keys were quick to respond. This unit is on the second floor and there is a rental unit above it. The plumbing for that unit is louder than we anticipated.

Great place!

The place was clean, kid friendly and very spacious. The private pool was perfect for the kids after the beach! The Kitchen was stocked and the communication was great, would stay here again and would recommend !!

Fun family vacation.

Easy to get to from Sarasota airport. Very clean place within walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. The house was well stocked with everything needed for a sun family vacation. The kids loved the pool.

Nice property

Maintenance fixed a couple issues. Thought floors could have been mopped, clean of visible dirt, but need a good mopping. Will stay again at property.

Amazing Vacation

This property was amazing, very clean, nicely decorated, even better than the pictures. The house seemed spacious, we had 8 people staying and had plenty of room. Loved the kitchen and living area. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in on vacation and we all agreed. The beach is very close. Tons of beach accessories in the garage, beach chairs, noodles, umbrella, as well as bikes to take around the island. I wish we had stayed longer!

WONDERFUL

I came with my children and two grandchildren. Everything was perfect! We had a slight problem with elevator and they were there within 20 minutes! Home was very clean!! Access to beach was minutes away! I would 100% recommend this property!!

Everything was as advertised house Is beautiful. Location is perfect, only complaints is the floors were very dirty and had to buy a frying pan which we left for the house. That could have been an accident. We will definitely return thank you for a great vacation.

Fantastic vacation!

We had the best vacation ever!!! The condo was absolutely beautiful and was a great fit for me and my family. We walked to the beach everyday ( a very short walk). Our family rages from 61 to 5 months old. The beach was gorgeous, warm and calm. The condo could not have been any nicer. We had our own private pool, that we used everyday. We will definitely come back next year.

Perfect in every way

Hands down best rental we have ever stayed at. Everything you could need was included. They even left us a special treat for when we arrived!!!!! Beautiful and clean. Newly renovated. The enclosed garage was highly convenient. Pool was clean and warm. A short walk from public beach. We had 10 stay here and we fit great. Will definitely be returning.

Great Location

Loved the location and cleanliness of the place. Only complaint was the house can be very loud (no carpets or anything to absorb sound) which mande it difficult to do anything else while two little ones slept. Would say great house for adults or older kids. Tough with little ones. We bought fans which helped, but maybe consider leaving fans there on the regular. The garage is awesome btw.

Great family vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation with 6 adults and 2 babies. It was spacious and had every amenity you could think of. The location is great as it is blocks away from the beach and a good number of spots to eat. While the beach by the house is small, you’re also an easy drive to Siesta Key’s main beach. The pool was the perfect size and we used it every day due to red tide (very unfortunate but uncontrollable). We would definitely come back! Our only complaint was that the floors were dirty upon entry. Within the first hour of our arrival everyone’s feet/socks were black. Besides the floors the property was very clean.

Great layout! fun time

the condo was perfectly laid out to accommodate to the different ages in our party. It was clean and really bright and well decorated. The only thing I didn't realize is that there would be another party above us in the home (I thought the house was split differently). The renters above us had loud music playing at night and were in and out to the wee hours of the morning with them slamming doors as they went in and out and up and down the stairs. It seemed as if it was three families combined with a lot of young adults so during the day they were quiet and seemed to come into full swing at night when we were going to bed..Its an expensive rental so I had anticipated a more family friendly vibe.

The best vacation rental I've ever stayed in!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation experience at this beautiful home! We have never stayed in such a beautiful and clean rental. We had more than enough room to relax and really loved the tall ceilings, beautiful beach decorations, open showers, very comfortable beds, and all of the linens and towels and kitchen appliances that were provided. We loved having the balcony right off the kitchen to relax with a drink in the evenings, and the pool area with the full sized fridge and large table was amazing! Having small children, we loved all of the beach toys and chairs that were provided, and the short 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. We really had no complaints about the property, but we were assured by the property management company that they would handle any problems in a timely manner. This was our first time visiting Siesta Key, but it surely won't be our last. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back! :)

The pool turned out to be very important!
