Perfect location with great amenities

We could walk to everything and loved having a grocery store so close. The pool and hot tub were clean and set at comfortable temperatures. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

The location was perfect for not having to drive to any of our favorite restaurants and the beach. Nicki was great getting back to us for all of our needs. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfectly wonderful place to stay

Easy check in and out process. The location could not be any better. Easy access to beach and plenty to do with no need for Uber or transportation. Strongly recommend the Siesta Key Wine Bar just a few blocks away. Definitely have already recommended the rental to friends and look forward to returning in the future.

Family Beach Vacation

My loves Siesta Key!! This was our third trip and our usual spot was unavailable, so we decided to stay here. The location couldn’t have been any better. You are in walking distance from the beach and the village which has everything you can imagine. The host were incredible and very responsive with any questions/request we had. We will be staying here again!

Property has normal wear and tear you could expect from a rental. The unit was clean and the pool/hot tub were great! Nicki (owner) was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this property to all! Also, the location can’t be beat! We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy little home for a fun Bachelorette getaway!

The owneres were very responive each time I contacted them. We needed more towels and there were some plumbi ng issues that were addressed. Super close to the Village and the beach for walking. We all had a very nice time!

Perfect location

We rented both units, 3 families. Our first vacation in SK. The location is perfect and easy to access the beach. There are tons of outdoor pool floats/toys/balls. There were 3 wagons for the beach, tons of chairs and coolers and plenty of boogie boards and beach towels. Multiple umbrellas for the beach also. The hot tub is HOT! Feels great at night and is almost as big as the pool. The inside is clean and kitchen has everything you could need. Will definitely stay again. The market is right across from the house and has everything you could need (priced slightly higher of course). We felt very safe and the teens had a great time. Did not worry about them walking by themselves to get ice cream or snacks. Everything is so close. We took a day and rented a boat with a slide and went to a local sandbar. Highly recommend that with older kids, it was the highlight of the trip for them. They all agreed this was their favorite vacation spot. We were usually Florida panhandle vacationers prior to this. Never again! I could go on about all the things we loved about the house and location. You DO NOT need to waste money on a rental car or golf cart if you stay here everything is accessible. Loved everything about this place.

Birthday trip

Surprised my wife with a birthday trip with her friends and family and it was amazing. The place we stayed at was walking distance, literally quarter mile, from beach, bars, restaurants, and food places. Also near a market and was amazing. Had a pool and hot tube which was nice to come back to after the beach! Everything was great! Would stay here again for sure!

Nikki was a very responsive owner to any issue we raised; in particular with guests staying in apartment smoking on property. The home is "cute" but needs a deep cleaning. Towels had stains and were paper thin. Blankets and comforters ( stained) had not been washed and were not stored in a drawer or closed container. I would ask Nikki to review her Premium Home Standards with the cleaning staff.

Right in the center of everything! Couldn’t have asked for a better host or place. If you’re a light/sensitive sleeper, you can hear the upstairs people, but overall, we would definitely stay here again!!

Wow

We stayed in Nikki's awesome house while we were in Siesta Key for a family wedding. The location was perfect steps, from everything. Plenty of room for everyone and our grandson loved the pool. The house was more than what was advertised. We will definitely stay hear again if we are ever in the area. Thank you Nikki for an awesome space that contributed to a great long weekend. Good location

The location of this house was great, steps away from Siesta Key village. We chose this property because of the hot tub and pool, however, the heater was broken on the hot tub and never fixed so we couldn’t even use it. With red tide happening in the ocean, we did zero swimming while we were in Florida because the pool was not an option anymore, either. The house was not clean. My feet were black after walking around for 5 minutes with no shoes on. The sheets had stains and dirt on them right after the cleaning lady had supposedly cleaned. There is also an ironing board but no iron to be found. Check in process was easy. Code for checking in was sent past the 3pm check in time, though.
