Please Note: There is a separate apartment above the detached garage that is occupied by long-term residents. They have their own private entrance and do not have access to the main house, pool, spa, backyard, or any guest amenities during your stay.

To access their apartment, they enter through the side gate and use the exterior stairs across from the pool cabana. You may occasionally see them coming and going during your stay.

The only shared space is the outdoor laundry room, which is located below the apartment and is separate from the main house. The residents may access the laundry room as needed but do not enter the guest areas.

Note: We do allow pets, but they must be under 20 pounds and a $50/ day fee will apply. Please do not book our home if you have a larger dog since we have real hardwood floors.

During the winter months, hot tub heating is available for $40 per day due to the additional energy required to bring it up to temperature.

If you'd like the hot tub heated, please let us know which day(s) you'd like to use it and send us a text before you plan to use it. We'll turn it on so it's ready when you are. The hot tub heats up fairly quickly, so with a little notice, we'll have it warm and waiting for you.

If you don't want the spa heated, you're still welcome to use the bubble/jets feature at no additional charge. The water will remain at its natural temperature, but the bubbles can still be enjoyed free of charge.
