There are 2 exterior security cameras that only records when someone enters the property from the driveaway & side of the home that runs along the street. Used to primarily protect the property when guests are not staying in the home, & to monitor weather situations.

Great Extended Family Vacation in Siesta Key!

This house is a great location on Siesta Key! We loved that all but one bedroom had their own bathroom, the kitchen was well stocked, the host was responsive, the pool was great and the beaches were beautiful. We'd definitely go back!

Great January Weekend

Fantastic location that was spotless and very comfortable. We had 3 couples and two kids. Easy access to beaches, restaurants, grocery store. PLENTY of space. Would go back for sure!

Wonderful accommodations- updated and comfortable. We loved the kitchen and huge granite island.

Everything was in beautiful condition. Kitchen was amazing! Very organized and all the culinary supplies you could possibly need. Living areas had practically new, comfortable furniture - bedrooms were well appointed, each with updated bathrooms. Plenty of beach supplies provided for entire family. Excellent communication with the host. She was very accommodating and procided quick responses to all of our questions.

Best Friends Trip

9 of us Best Friends came to Siesta Key for a 1-week vacation. Great place to stay. Super Clean and Big. It had everything we needed. The island was fun and easy to get around. Our host was welcoming and accommodating.

This place was great! Very well appointed. And clean, which was important to us. Met all our needs and then some! It was so nice for a family. Plenty of room for all. The pool area was very private and so relaxing.

Great location and wonderful place

The house has great amenities and super clean and has everything needed for an extended stay. Close to the beach with easy access. The pool onsite was great for the kids of all ages. Having a usable garage was great to keep the car cool during the day.

Birthday Celebration

The property was very well maintained. The rooms are super large, and the bathrooms are all beautiful. The house was well stocked with everything needed. The walk to the beach is about a block long. Upon our arrival, Tammy, our agent, surprised us with birthday goodies on the island in the kitchen. It was so kind of her and made me feel extra special. We recommend this gem as a great vacation escape.

Where to stay on Siesta Key

Everything was flawless and stress free from booking to checkout. It's not often we can get our kids and grandkids together under the same roof (9 total, 6 adults and 3 kids) without total chaos. Each family had their own space. If you don't know the Sarasota and Siesta Key area, reading between the lines about where to stay, the ability to get around (traffic, shopping, etc). the quality of the amenities, and so on, you run the risk of "pot luck." Fortunately we do which is why we chose to stay here. Everything was as advertised. Accommodations were ideal and the place was stocked with everything one might need, from beach toys and a wagon to transport them in, proximity to the beach, good eating and kitchen equipment (pots, pans, mixers, utensils, etc.). Beds were comfortable, everything was spotless, rooms were exceptionally large, the layout was ideal, bathrooms were modern and well designed, and everything we might have needed was easy to find. 5 stars all the way, in every aspect...

Wonderful house!

We love staying at this property. 7 adults and one teenager. Plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. It had all of the amenities. It was very close to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and even a cooler. We also enjoyed the pool. We highly recommend this rental!

Derby Lane Stay

Wow! This property was absolutely amazing and far exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do it justice - the house is immaculate, extremely spacious, modern and has everything you could possibly need. Tammy was wonderful to work with. She was extremely accommodating and promptly responded to any questions. I highly recommend staying here for any group adventure in Siesta. The location is amazing - quick walk to the beach/drive to downtown.

Thanksgiving in Siesta Key

Overall this property was a wonderful fit for our family (11 people total, 6 adults and 5 kids/teens).and we enjoyed our stay very much. We had a few issues at the beginning, such as the gate code to the beach and the pool heater not working, but Tammy was quick to respond and very helpful in getting things fixed. The house is gorgeous and very clean. The kids loved the pool floats and beach toys provided. Just a heads up that the noise level from landscapers, garbage trucks, traffic, etc on the road is significant when you are out on the deck and by the pool. Not a deal breaker, but worth a mention.

Family Vacation 2024

The place was very clean and updated. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach and crossing a busy road and the beach is very wide so it was a workout getting there. We were able to use the code for the place across the road to get through their parking lot with a car so we could unload at the stairs and bring back the car so that helped a lot. The beds are very soft so be sure you do not have back problems. Pillow tops I’m thinking. The pool is a little small for all of us at once but there was 10 of us but it was sure nice to have a pool. It was a very nice house but kinda noisy with all the road noise when sitting outside. Had a great trip and they are very helpful if you need something. Overall it’s a great house and we had a great time.

Perfect family vacation rental

We had 4 different families with 3 kids ranging from 1-4. Lots of space for everyone! The bottom bedroom is it’s own little apt which the one couple loved! The queen bedroom upstairs didn’t have a full bath or closet but it worked for the kids. This home has literally everything you’ll need for a week away! They had over 10 beach towels, all the beach necessities you would need, lots of small appliances in like new condition and many kitchen items not many homes provide for ex: spices, sandwich baggies, trash bags and more! They even had a nice high chair for our youngest! Tammy was amazing to work with. We had a few issues and she answered immediately and got everything taken care of! She gave a recommendation on where i could rent a crib for my 1 year old and it was perfect. We Would definitely recommend this home and any other homes that Tammy has for rent! We will definitely be back!

Very clean and updated house, property manager was very communicative and accommodating. All the rooms were exceptional and the pool area was perfect for families. Beach access was a major perk because you avoided the big crowds where the public parking area is. Very convenient location as well to the Siesta shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend for all families, plenty of space for everyone.
