Amazing last minute stay for my husbands birthday! Beautiful suite, comfortable bed, great outdoor pool and hot tubs and the staff were very helpful and kind. The bathrobes in the room were a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, great customer service. Everything is good except the this prperty doesnt have their own parking facility. You have to park to the adjacent pay parking building which is quite expensive. But overall, its a wonderful place to stay in Banff. Its close to everything.
