Nobu Hotel Los Cabos

"This property was beautiful. Room was very clean, staff was very polite and friendly. Everything about this property was amazing. Here’s the heavy. Coming to this property I figured getting in and out would be easy. Unfortunately not. Ubers can come in for drop-off, but not allowed for pickup. Only way out is through a taxi. Taxi service is about 50 dollars. Not what I was expecting when staying at a 5 star resort. Almost every trip out was 50 dollars as that adds to an already pricy property, Next, continental breakfast. Do not purchase. Not at all worth buying. It’s not even breakfast, more like snacks that are more than breakfast itself. Deluxe king with ocean view was very pretty, but underwhelming. Views of the room need to be shown correctly when showing where the views are seen. Last on this is the spa. It was amazing, the staff was friendly, the amenities were great and everyone you saw was so helpful. But, even giving a large amount for spa services, you still have to pay taxes and fees and the given amount amount to use for the spa, any extra can not be used towards covering those fees."

"Overall, we had a good stay at Royal Solaris Los Cabos. We initially had an issue because the room we received was different from the one we had reserved through Expedia. The front desk was unable to help, but thankfully, Viridiana from Guest Services found us at the buffet, listened to our situation, and went above and beyond to help. She followed up with us and made sure we were moved to the room we had originally reserved. We truly appreciate her kindness and excellent customer service! The hotel is in good condition overall, although the rooms could use a little more attention. We specifically chose this hotel because of the waterslides for my daughter’s birthday, so we were disappointed that they were unavailable during our stay. The buffet food was good, but we would have loved to see more seafood options, especially being in a seaside destination. Despite these details, we enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories. A special thank you to Viridiana for making our experience so much better✨🙏"

"We had an amazing time at Krystal Grand. Our room was cleaned daily. They even set up decorations in the room for my daughter’s 5th birthday. The staff was always helpful with anything we needed including helping us make reservations to the restaurants. We had an amazing time!"

"This property is Ritz Carlton level. Very impressive by all standards from a world traveler like myself. The staff were super nice and very helpful. Mia at the Rythem Pool bar may be the best bartender in all of Cabo. She was very attentive and smiles galore. She and her team of servers at that pool felt like family when I left the property to go home. I already bought a package to return to this property and have told all my friends and family about my wonderful experience. Only issue I had was with security my last night which started in the sports bar. For some reason a security guard was targeting me which continued on for over and hour as he and the bar manager followed me to the next bar and cut me off from drinks for no apparent reason. I spoke to the most senior manger on duty and he apologized and they opened the bar back up to me. It was very embarrassing to order a drink with a couple of new friends around me and to be told I was cut off. I was not drunk in any way. This did ruin my last night but I did not let it ruin the entire 9 days of wonder service and smiled from every worker at the property. I will be back to to hang with Mia and her team at the Rhythm Bar. So glad I found this property!! ❤️"

"One of my fav places to stay in all of Cabo. Great location, right on the marina. The pool is awesome with a nice swim up bar, friendly staff and clean, updated rooms. Highly recommended!"
