"I really liked this place Amazing food at the buffet everyday ( grilled lobsters and shrimps and good meat for averybody) Staff is amazing! They are so kind and helpfull. Best gym ever! Good liquor brand ( ask for it) Transfer included is convenient ( although I would pay my own next time). Too long wait Didn´t like that the person to refreshens the minibar enters the room even if you have the "do not disturb" sign on. Room service menu is too limited. staff at the convenient store is just rude. Like the fact of been able to go to other Rius I contacted the Hotel prior to my arrival to get some info and ask a few things. Not that helpfull. The kids pool needs some shadowing! The kids club is only for 4 years old and bigger. Hotel needs a few more kids area or playgrounds ( its a family hotel without family facilities) Overall really liked the place"

"The staff was super friendly and helpful we absolutely loved every one of them. I highly recommend paying extra to use the spa, they have indoor pools and cold plunge but also the staff is so nice inside the spa. The food was great excellent! I wish there had been less families but that’s just me. We visited in October it was horrible hot and humid but everyone made us feel comfortable and welcomed."
