"We liked the food options, the cleanliness of the room and the daily housekeeping. With the app everything is manageable. We sometimes wait too much for the golf cart to pick us up, but the resort was full so it’s understandable. "

"This is the first time for us in Cabo and we chose Krystal Grand to celebrate our anniversary. The resort is located on the beach and offers 2 large pools, a pool with water slides for small kiddos and an adult pool. We had great time along with our 2 kids who enjoyed the food options and especially the ocean view from our room which was on the altitude building. All the staff were very polite and helpful but Gabriel (concierge) was the highlight of our trip. He checked on us often to make sure we are having a great time and he made sure to accommodate any requests we had. He is the best and he made our stay so enjoyable that we want to come back here again! Thanks Gabriel for making our anniversary celebration the most memorable! "
