Nice small hotel with free set breakfast. It was adequate for our purpose and the price. The staff are all nice and friendly. Would probably recommend a bigger hotel is staying in siem reap for a longer time.

Siem Reap
We loved Siem Reap. The hotel staff are lovely, so friendly, located on a busy road, not far to the night market and pub street, you can get a tuk tuk outside hotel for a few dollars. Nice pool area and bar/dining area. Breakfast was ok. Only small but felt very comfortable and safe. Airport transfer to hotel was brilliant, tuk tuk, loved it

Great staff at this hotel
We were picked up at the airport on time with no problems. Staff at the hotel were very helpful giving us extra water, organising tuk-tuks, Angkor Wat tour, allowing a late checkout, etc. The hotel does not have an elevator but staff helped us with our bags when arriving & departing. Pool was clean & refreshing. Nearby was a mini mart, pharmacy & many other small shops. Good place to stay for the price we paid

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We were very happy to book drivers for tours with the hotel, over having to search for a driver on our own. The prices were fair given the convenience. Highly recommended. Tuk tuk into night market area runs around 3 USD.

The lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated and staged, and the staff were gracious, as anywhere in Cambodia. But our room lacked hot water, things were sort of falling apart (threadbare towels, not enough pool towels, rock-hard beds, missing room furniture, split pool chairs, coffee watered down with tea), and other amenities were absurdly overpriced - we were charged $2.50 USD for a small bottle of water that costs about 10 cents in a store and is free in every other hotel in Asia. Weirder still was that the staff - while being lovely and kind without exception - seemed TERRIFIED of management. We had the impression that someone got in trouble every time we booked our own taxi or ate elsewhere. It felt really gross and kind of poisoned the whole experience, which is a shame given that there are countless amazing places to stay in the area. To be avoided.

Wonderful Stay
I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and felt easy & very comfortable. The staffs were very friendly and attentive. Its a very good place to stay in Siem Reap which is in the city centre. The hotel is on the main highway and very close to the royal presidency & angkor museum. 15mins walk to the old street and pub street, where you can have all kinds of food. I love the location and easy access to Angkor complex. Since it was our 1st visit to Cambodia, they have free airport pick-up which was more convienent to reach the hotel. Happy stay, happy tour. Wonderful experience.

Exceptional Hotel
This was a brilliant stay for us. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Location is good too as you are just a short tuk tuk away from Pub street/angkor Wat etc. The staff were absolutely fantastic. My bag got lost on the flight over and they were incredibly helpful trying to get it delivered to Siem Reap. They also gave us a lot of help organising our trips each day and suggestions on what to do. Would definitely stay here again if I was back in Siem Reap.

I enjoyed my stay here all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big, the AC was great and the shower was fine. The swimming pool was nice to relax too. Nice breakfast in the morning. The location was perfect close to airport and not that far from the hive of activity of pub street. The hotel provided a free airport transport that was ok. I will definitely stay here again.

Ms Watna is my favorite personnel in d hotel. she is very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. she made sure we are very comfortable from the first time we set foot in d hotel to d time we took d tuktuk to the airport. also, d restaurant personnel are very nice. i cannot thank them all enough.

Staffs, especially Vathana, were very approachable and they were very willing to assist us during our stay here. They even packed our breakfast since we were going out before sunrise for our Angkor Wat visit. Room was huge! Wide space for a group of 3. Very clean as well. Breakfast was also good. Hotel is also easily accessible from the main road. Everything is nice! They even allowed us to use a room to take a shower after our early checkout. Kudos to Cyclo Siem Hotel team! :)

Hidden Gem in Siem Reap!
Really nice hotel, super friendly staff and the room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pool and included breakfast was great! Highly recommend for anyone who comes to visit this amazing city!

Very friendly staff at Reception and every other staff were very polite and attentive. Few improvement points: My opinion There was no toilet soap. Shower gel and shampoo were there but one would definitely need a toilet soap. Breakfast: During my 4 night stay, first 2 days were no buffet breakfast. You can only chose 1 set from the menu (e.g. American breakfast, etc.) I would like a buffet where I may eat a little of everything or may not. Chosing 1 set from the menu is a food waste as the portion were big as opposed to you would like to eat in the morning breakfast. Not complaining about the food quality. It was very well cooked and nice food. Property has no lift, so in case of elderly people, you may choose the ground floor rooms.

Wonderful Stay at The Cyclo
I had a wonderful stay at The Cyclo and would come back if I find myself back in Siem Reap in the near future. The staff is very accommodating, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure their guests are happy. The room is small, cute, and clean. Bathroom can get really wet after showering but it didn't bother me. The night market is walking distance--about 20 minutes or less. You could get a tuk tuk for $2 if you wanted to but I wanted to walk along the river and take a look around the neighborhood. The Cyclo is in a busy area but it's still relatively quiet in the hotel. Sophal, was wonderful in helping me get a tuk tuk to my next destination. He also called the next hotel to confirm whether it would be O.K. if I checked in early. Unfortunately, my friend and I had a miscommunication and she had booked a place elsewhere and had to leave The Cyclo, but I would had stayed if it wasn't because of that. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

The air conditioning, television and the bathroom light didn't work. The heat in the room was unbearable. The bed and pillow was if a very poor standard. We booked for 4 days and left after one night. Requested refund but they refused. I wouldn't let my dog stay therr. The worst hotel I have stayed in. Stear clear of this holel.

Unfortunately the bathrooms were lacking . Dim lighting, ants, poor amenities, and breakfast really was not up to scratch. However the staff were fabulous, attentive, and really trying to do anything that they could to make your stay great! The pool is smaller than the photos but clean, comfortable and most of all, lots of beds! 2 dollar tuk tuk to pub Street. I would stay here again!

Amazing Place to Stay in Siem Reap!
My friends and I had such a wonderful stay at Cyclo Siem Reap Hotel. From the moment we checked in to when we came to retrieve our stored luggage after check out, we were treated exceptionally by all the staff members there. The room itself was really nice and spacious, and the restaurant/pool area, although the pool was smaller than expected, it ended up being really nice because it was cozy and made it easy to interact with other guests and staff. The hotel also made it extremely easy to visit Angkor Wat, arranging transportation and a tour guide for us at a very reasonable cost. There are kind Tuk Tuk drivers outside the hotel at all times, who make it easy to get around Siem Reap at great prices. Overall, we had an amazing stay and highly recommend it to travelers.

Staff tried so hard to please. After a day of temples dipping in the pool and then a cool drink is heaven. The breakfast menu is diverse and good, lots to chose from, starting with eggs to many local dishes.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. The room was clean and tidy and the staff were lovely. We had a 4.30am start to see the temples at angkor wat and they packed us a breakfast to take with us so we didn't miss out. Would definitely come back to stay again

We had a lovely time at the Cyclo hotel. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Would definitely recommend it. Only down falls was the lighting in the room and bathroom was a little dull and the AC not too strong. Other than that we had the most wonderful stay with great hospitality.

I had a really bad experience at this hotel. My reservation was a double room for one person. Rules of reservation clearly expressed that there were no charges for one or even two guests, the thing is that when I checked out they charged me with 15 dollars for one guest that stayed for a couple of hours. I started discussing with this guy of reception showing him the rules of reservation an had nothing to do, firstly we wanted to charge 25 dollars for the guest, and finally 15, when the completely room with capacity for3 persons costed 22 dollars per day. I couldn’t wait for the manager cause I had to leave to the airport. Had a very bad time. Don’t recomend anyway.

We were highly impressed with the level of attention and service given by the staff. No matter how many times or who often we arrived every staff member would stop what they were doing, give a big smile and say hello. The front desk staff would always ask about the day and make sure we had everything we needed. Truly five star attention from the staff. The property is about a 20 minute walk from Pub Street and the main tourist markets. It is about a 20 minute Tuk tuk drive from Angkor Wat.
