Economic hotel for stay two nights.
I take the shower after my daughter finished her showing. There is insufficient hot water for showering. It make me cold. The reception staff said it is always like that. However the price is cheap for stay. The taste of dinner is good. Overall the staff services is good.

Dear LAI NO MOK, We ready asked our receptionist and she said she not said like you have mentions in this commend, she already told you that the water will not hot if you not use the hot water sign, we have right and left if you use in the left it will be not hot and you use the right also will be not hot in moment, you can wait one minute so the water will be very hot. and about the price the staff never tell all customer know because it was private. Very polite staffs. The environment is better than expected. Quite comfy. Just a little further from the town area. Walking distance to local food stalls. About 10 minutes.

Have stayed at hotel many times. Beautiful hotel and swimming pool staff are very nice. Hotel as changed name 3 times assuming different owners little things are missed I think because of that but it’s worth the price still nice place to stay

This was further out of Siem Reap than I thought so harder to get around but TukTuks are cheap so it didn’t matter. We loved this place, the staff, and laid back vibe. Breakfast only disappointment.

Comfortable Room and Attentive Staff
The rooms are nicely arranged and comfortable. Welcoming and helpful staff. No elevator, so if your room is upstairs you need to carry your bags up.

Nice, but location was quite unsatisfied
It was a nice place with very tranquil, but just the location was not so good, it's a bit far from the local service like Mart, or other transportation, and the road lead to the hotel was a bit dark, should light up to make people see their hotel name at night time.

A peaceful and a relaxing stay
The white terrace hotel is a perfect staying destination for all those people who love being close to the nature and want to really enjoy a calm and relaxing stay. It's not very far from the airport and the hotel arranged for your airport transfers. The staff is very caring and courteous.I would highly recommend anyone who is traveling to Siem reap to stay here and make their vacation memorable.

Fantastic hotel, amazing value
Cannot say enough good things about this place! The room was large and very comfortable, huge bathroom with good shower. The breakfast was also very good, all made to order and complimentary. The best part of staying there had to have been the staff. Very welcoming and attentive. Made you feel at home and well cared for.

potential is there just doesn't quite get it right
overall very pleasant. the room had a dirty toilet bin when we booked in. the door would not lock. they fixed this and said sorry. A complimentary drink may have been nice. The staff got orders wrong and they didn't know how too deal effectively with minor issues. It's a new hotel so hopefully this will improve. breakfasts was a challenge as your omelette, croissant, butter and jam all turn up in the same plate. it could be great just not quite got it right.

Nice hotel, great desk service,good breakfast
Accommodations and guest service are very good. Breakfast is very good. If you are able and willing to ride a bike about 20 minutes or pay a tuk tuk $2.50 or best of all rent a scooter for $10 a day then the place I see great. By scooter you can get to dining, the market and bars in 10 easy minutes. The drivers ar very tolerant of bicycles and scooters. Of course the Temples are fantastic and accessible. Hotel staff are happy to arrange fairly priced tours and rides.

Rent a scooter and stay here!
This place is really outstanding in every way with the exception of location. It is a relatively easy 15-20 minute bike ride to Siem Reap, or a faster tuk tuk ride which will cost around $3. The best thing to do however is to rent a scooter. Besides getting into town, it is easy to get to even the more remote temples. If you can ide a bike, you will quickly get the hang of a scooter which rents for $10 for 24 hours.

Gem outside of city
We stayed here for 2 nights as a part of our honeymoon. They had the room decorated for us when we arrived! We rented the villa which included daily tuk tuk rides which was so helpful since it would be a bit of a walk from the hotel to pub street or the local markets/restaurants. Tuk tuk rides to visit the silk farm and floating market are included too! You can even use these tuk tuk rides to see Angkor Wat. The staff was very kind, and hotel breakfast was made to order (included with the hotel stay). The hotel is near water so there are a lot of mosquitoes, but I think that Siem Reap has a lot of them in general! Great value!!

Excellent hotel
The overall experience in Sekla Villa Angkor was excellent. Our tuk tuk driver, Kun Rath, was the best (kind, patient, honest, and was always in a good mood). The staff was helpful and kind. The room was spacious with plenty of light. The swimming pool was a refreshing option for the hot days in Siem Reap. Totally recommended.

Excellent hotel
Staff very helpful. We arrived at airport and hotel tuk tuk was waiting. We arrived at hotel at 8a.m and they already had the room ready for us. Pool is fine, breakfast is adequate, seems quite new. A bit out of town but no problem as there is always a tuk tuk available.

Hotel is lovely and the staff are very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was excellent, especially the omelette. The free tuk-tuk per day is great, but the driver needs to get a little better acquainted with areas that the tourists want to go.

service, facilities, food.. amazing. staff went above and beyond, more like a family feel than a hotel. extremely clean everyday, extremly extremly helpful. even comforting when I had a stressful day. I would recommend to anybody.. couple, family, single person. they also offer free bicycles which means its only 7 mins ride into the main part of town. just amazing.

Nice hotel with friendly service
Staffs are very professional and friendly, my room has outside sitting area to get the tropical breeze, it is just steps to the sparkling swimming pool.. The manager was helpful to give us some pointers of where to go around Siem Reap. Will stay here again when I come back next time

Very happy with this hotel, bang of the buck.
We were greeted with friendly smiles upon arrival, check-in was a breeze..the room is clean and comfortable , modern decor, and all necessary travel essentials are available in the room , a bit beyond my expectation from what I paid for.. stocked mini bar, free tuk-tuk ( kind of local taxi) to travel to all points of interest in the city. Love the khmer food they served, sate chicken and bok-lao-hon papaya salad that I still missed it. Will be back next time in Siem Reap, and definitely recommend to friends back home.

中心地からは少し離れたところにあるヴィラホテルです。オールドマーケットへはトゥクトゥクで7-8分（2ドル）、空港へは30-40分くらいかかります。初日は空港からのお迎えサービスを利用させてもらったのですが、どんどん人通りの少ない暗い道に入っていくので少し不安になりました笑 比較的新しめのホテルのようで、部屋もきれいで写真通りでした。アメニティとしてはシャンプー、シャワージェル、固形石鹸、歯ブラシ、クシがありました。ドライヤーやセーフティボックスも各部屋にあります。部屋の鍵は少し開閉がしにくいのでコツが必要です。 朝食は５ドルでいただけるのですが、メニューも豊富（卵料理、オムレツ、ハンバーガー、サンドイッチ、他に何種類かありそれぞれチキンかポークかなど選べる）でおいしかったです。デザートにフルーツもついています。ただホテルで飼っている？猫がいて、フルーツを狙って来るので猫が苦手な方は要注意です（危なくなるとスタッフの方が連れて行ってくれました）。 スタッフが皆愛想がよく笑顔があり、気持ちよく宿泊できました。 立地は少し不便ですが、その分周りは静かでした。シェムリアップに行くことがあったらまた泊まりたいです。

Très bel hôtel. Personnel adorable! Un peu excentré, mais l’hôtel dispose de vélos, ce qui permet d’être dans le centre de Siem Reap en 10min. Sinon tuktuk toujours dispos à proximité.

宿泊客が2、3組だった事と日本人がいなかったので個人的には良かった。こじんまりしたホテルなので顔がさす。出入りやプールサイドでくつろぐなどの行動が丸わかりなので、少し窮屈に感じるかも。逆に言えば、きめ細やかなサービスが受けられます。従業員の方の対応と清潔さは非常に良かった。機会があればまた是非利用したいです。

一人旅でも快適で楽しかったです。
到着時間が遅く、ホテルの場所も説明しにくかったので、フライトディレイもあり、空港ピックアップで無事会えるか不安でしたが、ドライバーが笑顔で迎えてくれて、とても安心しました。 チェックイン後、翌日以降のプランにもアドバイスをくれ、日の出ツアーで出発が早いので、朝食はボックスに詰めて用意しておくからと言ってくれました。 ドアの鍵の開け閉めが上手くいかず毎回フロントスタッフに声をかけても笑顔で対処してくれたり、困ったことがあったらすぐにフロントへ行き相談するとすぐに助けてくれて、とにかくスタッフが親切で温かかったです。 設備は到着後のどがかわいており、冷たいドリンクが飲みたかったけれども、冷蔵庫が冷えていなかった点だけが残念でした。 プールが目の前なので、汗だくで観光の後にプールでクールダウンができて気持ち良かったです。 各部屋の間のスペースにチェアがあり、そこでのんびりすることもできてひとりでもさみしいと感じませんでした。 トゥクトゥクドライバーは何も調べずに出発した私に、この時間ならこのルートがいいとアドバイスくれたり、可能な限りで寄り道をしてくれたり、わたしのその時の状況に応じてアレンジしてくれてとても楽しい観光になりました。 日本語は通じませんが、そこが海外にきた気分にさせてくれたので私は満足です。

Kanon hotell!
Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell! Trevlig personal och bra service, rena och fräscha rum. Kort tuktuk tur från "huvudgata" vilket vi uppskattade eftersom det därmed var väldigt lugnt o skönt. Helt okej frukost, plus att det ej var buffé utan man beställde det man ville ha = fräschare och mindre svinn! Otroligt bra pris på rummen för det man fick. Mycket nöjda.

Bekvämt hotell
Litet och bekvämt hotell. Fri transport till alla sevärdheter. Personalen var underbar och gjorde allt för att vi skulle ha det bra. Härligt med pooldopp efter besök på Angkor Wat och alla andra utflykter. Det enda som var ett litet minus var frukosten.

Ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums. Große und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Frühstück ausreichend. Wer früh aufsteht muss generell fehlende Zutaten (Butter, Honig, Kaffee usw.) einfordern.

CP值爆分的小酒店
十分滿意們次的入住! 與相片一樣,環境十分優美,房間十分整潔! 雖然洒店不大 只有數十房和一個小小游泳池 但環境是滿分 少人還好 沒有那麼吵 早餐一點都不馬虎 有柬式和西式約20款選擇 味道還不錯! 酒店的staff也很親切幫忙 感受到他們用心 唯一不好就是不是在市中心 (其實也不太遠) 在郊外的 出入要叫tuktuk車 但感覺這環境較好 强烈建議在入住時選12hr tuk tuk service 這方便太多 可以讓司機帶你在區內玩 因為市中心的司機有時不清楚酒店的位置 我們的Tuk tuk 司機 Kamsan 也十分好人和熱情 感謝他數天的幫忙 總括而言 這樣價錢 超高質數 性價比極高!! 推介大家來住!!

God komfort og value for money
Hotellet er nyt og derfor meget lækkert. Her er rent og meget ro. Vi var der sidst i lavsæson uden mange gæster og der var meget god service. Hotellet ligger ca. 7 min. tuktuk kørsel fra byen. Hotellet leverer gratis tur til byen og tilbagekørsel koster ca. 2-3 dollar. Området tæt på hotellet er meget dødt, så det skal være for afslapning man er på hotellet. Poolen er lækker og generelt meget rent. Hotellet råder over en bil til transport til lufthavn osv. De var gode til at hjælpe da vores søn blev syg og vi skulle indlægge ham på det internationale hospital i byen.

คนไทยอย่าลืมจองสามล้อชื่อหยาด 5/5 for Mr.Yart น้องบริการดีมาก ไม่ดื้อ ไม่บ่น กลายเป็นน้องคนเล็กของทริปที่กินข้าวกับเรา เที่ยวกับเราไปเลย This hotel is simple but impeccable and offers one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. And I travel a lot! I love the hotel itself; location, room, bed, pool (which I never get to use), bathroom, lobby, small dining space etc. The staffs are exceptional and friendly it's like you're on vacation at some rich friend's holiday home. Only 2 things I’d like them to be different; 1. Their breakfast is too simple for the price and hotel standard, but I kinda understand that food there in general is surprisingly pricey. (Mostly starts with 5+ USD, 3.5 USD if you're lucky, and that's about 20% of nightly room rate!) I used to work in a boutique hotel in Bangkok with only 13 rooms and we have our guests order their breakfast from our checklist before they go to bed. I don't know about others, but I think if they do it that way, it'd be great for their budget and management. And I also get to pick what I want from various types of food instead of picking just 1 dish and 1 drink from the menu and ending the meal with just some bakery (which is superb) and fruits - only golden banana, the shame of banana family, and dragon fruit. 2. No none-smoking area which means I am allowed to smoke anywhere except in the room but my fellow guests might get upset about it. I didn't even break the rule! So deal with it. But if you can fix this, it’d be perfect.
