Dear Guest, I was really sorry to read of your disappointment following your stay with us, and that the services at Hotel Somadevi Angkor Boutique& Resort did not seem to work for you. We are a small boutique hotel and do ensure that we have a number of staff and managers around at all times, especially our house keeping staff are clean up all guests ‘room daily and I believing that this helps us ensure a very high level of service and attention, something I think that is reflected in many reviews. I was disappointed that you had issue with the room cleanliness during your stay, please be informed you that you had put DND signed all the time that why our house keeping staff cannot enter to your room for cleaning and change the bed sheet in you room until you call us. Your comment about the overprice charged for late check out, please be understand that you had requested late check out till 8PM and normally late check out later than 6PM we charged one night room rate, but we have offered you 50% discount for late check out till 08 PM, However, I am sorry that you did find this to be expensive. I am appreciative for your feedback, and have read through in detail those aspects of your stay which have left you feeling let down. I was extremely sorry and saddened to read this morning. I really wish I could have known of these disappointments, in order for us to make things right for you.
