  • Welcome to our quiet holiday rental with a balcony, located in the heart of the idyllic Vorauf Holiday Park.

    Renovated in 2026, the apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a bathroom, a hallway, and an open-concept bedroom and living area, including a well-equipped kitchenette and a covered balcony. This is the heart of the apartment and invites you to relax and lose yourself in the mountain views.

    Located between Lake Chiemsee, Salzburg, and the Berchtesgadener Land region, Studio Hoiz is the perfect base for your holiday in the countryside.

    Since the apartment is, so to speak, our second home, it offers plenty of storage space, a dishwasher, basic amenities, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

    Dogs are welcome, but please indicate this when booking. Cats are not allowed, as we have allergies.

    Bicycles can be parked on the ground floor next to the stairs or in the covered walkway on the ground floor.
