Welcome to the Maurer Farm! Our farm is a family-run agricultural operation with pastureland and a dairy herd—currently seven dairy cows—which we took over in July 2025. We’re located about 7 kilometres from the centre of Siegsdorf, on a hillside at an elevation of about 790 metres in a very quiet setting. On the second floor of our farmhouse, there’s a cosy, rustic holiday apartment that sleeps 5 people. In addition, we can offer you a completely renovated, modern holiday apartment for 6 people on the ground floor of our beautiful home. We also welcome four-legged guests! Enjoy your holiday in our cosy and rustic holiday apartment on the second floor of the farmhouse. With a living area of about 70 square metres, it offers plenty of space for 2 to 5 people and is ideal for families, couples, or small travel groups. The heart of the apartment is the cosy kitchen-living room with a dining area and a comfortable couch. The kitchenette is fully equipped and features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove with an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils for your daily self-catering needs. Satellite TV and a radio/CD player provide entertainment. From the living area, as well as from one single and one double bedroom, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can spend relaxing hours. The holiday apartment has three separate bedrooms: - A double bedroom with its own sink and balcony - Another double bedroom with a sink - A single bedroom with a sink and balcony The apartment features a shower and a separate toilet. This bright and functionally furnished holiday rental offers everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

In just 10 minutes you’ll reach the Hochfelln cable car, in 20 minutes the beautiful “Bavarian Sea,” Lake Chiemsee, and in just 35 minutes you’ll reach the city of Salzburg. Here, you’ll enjoy a quiet yet central location in the Chiemgau region.
