Sidmouth Holidays from AU$477

Tha bed sheets were white and looked clean. The walls were freshly painted. The toilet cracked stained and the plastic seat and systern were fit only for a prison. Being very old missfitting and the plastic crazed the cystern leaked and had to be Turner off to allow sleeping the windows x2 only one was fitted and very poorly with flywire. I booked because it had a 4 star rating. We were so disappointed when we arrived. It was truly a low point in our stay in Tasmania. The problem 😕 was the rating of 4 stars totally misleading. We would have cancelled the booking if it was possible. As a matter of interest. We only slept there. We left at first light and returned very late. Preferring to walk and spend as much time away from this place as possible. The savings on accommodation in our view are not worth the dissapointment

Enjoyed our stay at Changes. Very central to the city. Plenty of space in the apartment however in a kitchen of that size there were no extra bits and pieces eg salt and pepper, oil, kitchen papers or small dishes. The outlook was great over the city but just be aware that often on the weekend Fri and Sat night that Launceston apparently has an institution called “blockies” where idiots drive continually around the city block revving their engines and being a general nuisance. This went on till 2 am and in conjunction with the music blasting from a nearby club we got little sleep. I personally would stay at this hotel again but never on a weekend night ever!!

Clean room, all good, thank you.

Enjoyed our stay, staff very helpful. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty available for the continental breakfast. Very close to shops and some restaurants. Would stay here again.

Power of advertising! The only 2 good things about the accommodation was the view from room and being next door to Beauty Point Hotel. All the ladies there were amazing great meal. Would we return to the accommodation no way, but would stop at Hotel for a meal again.
