Dear Sir, My house is located in à rural area what everybody knows, the Moroccan law is pretty strict regarding private signs and besides i will not fill the maroccan countryside signs, everybody in the village know the property so we do not have this probleme in general, but sure there is no street numbers in the area… Regarding this question of water, we told you that we do not serve bottled water because we extract 30 cubic meter of pure water per day from a 120 m deep forage, this water is very mineral as it was your question, totally bacteria free and strictly controlled by the administration, so we do not see the interest for anybody to have that done in another place, put in plastic bottle, then in a truck, then in a supermarker, then in bins for not being recycled etc, Regarding the diner I regret you consider that 13 euros for a fresh Essaouira fish plate served in porcelaine, in a private 10 000 square meter property is scandalously high but it is a question of standard, Regarding breakfast you notice that it is very big and appreciated in the house with traditionnal product made in the house, the yogurt and cheese we are talking about (not a traditionnal feature at all) are back up product generaly for children, so of course you can have them both but everybody will understand that it is not the basis of our offer and interest, As a conclusion it is my property that is open to people who understand it, like to walk off the road in luxurious private places, still firendly, it is one of the very few official « first category establishment » in Essaouira, it is not a chain hotel which are very nice but completely different. We do not receive more than three or four families in the same time in spite of the very big premisses, and that in order to keep the spirit of the place, in general people like very much the property and we establish a friendly relation with them through shared values, we were not in line on a few basic point that is obvious, Have à nice hollyday
