Fiyatına göre gayet iyi bir otel.Yalnız Hotels com.bana havuz manzaralı oda olarak sattı.Malesef yol seviyesinden alçakta izbe bir oda verdiler.İtiraz edince biz o an elimizde hangi oda boşsa onu veririz dediler.Ben de kısa süre kalacağım için fazla itiraz etmedim.Özel plaj deniyor ama birçok otelin kullandığı plajı var.Şanslıysanız şezlong ve şemsiye bulabiliyorsunuz.Resepsiyon görevlisi Muhammet bey hoş sohbeti ve ilgisi ile yalnızlığımızı giderdi.Zira otelde galiba tek Türk aile bizdik.Yine de teşekkürler Sunbird.

Dinlenmek için gittik, hasta olarak çıktık.

Sanırım bize verilen oda ilk bizimle açıldı. Uzun zamandır girilmemiş gibi. İçeri girer girmez bir toz havası var. Klima desen toz üflüyor. 1 gece kaldım. 2 gündür boğazım tıkalı hastayım. Otelcilik böyle bir şey değil. Misafir gelmeden oda havalandırılmalı, klima tv çalışıp çalışmadığı kontrol edilmeli. Çok zor olmamalı. Kısa zamanda yapılabilecek şeyler bunlar.

Fiyatına göre çok iyi bir otel. Açık büfe yemeklerdeki çeşitlilik dikkat çekici ve yemekler de gayet lezzetli. Açık büfe alanı maalesef çok iyi tasarlanmamış ve özellikle yemek saatlerinin başlangıcında dar alan sebebiyle anlamsız bir yoğunluk olabiliyor. Otel personeli güler yüzlü ve çok ilgili. Odaların temizliği de gayet iyi. Otel merkezi bir konumda ancak denize ulaşmak için 10 dakika kadar yürümek gerekiyor ve burada şezlonglar ayrıca ücrete tabi. Otelin anlaşmalı bir sahil tesisi de var ve ücretsiz olarak yararlanabiliyorsunuz ancak yürüme mesafesinde değil. Kendileri otelden bu tesise ücretsiz servis kaldırıyorlar. Kendi aracınızla ise 10 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz. Otelin çevresinde alışveriş için de pek çok mağaza bulunuyor. Özellikle yakında Migros bulunması da bence önemli bir artı. Side bölgesi bence yarım pansiyon konaklama için çok uygun. Etrafta birçok gezilecek yer ve katılacak tur var. Genelde sabahtan oteli terk edip gün boyu gezerek akşam yemek saatinden önce dönmek en mantıklısı. Bu otelde ikinci konaklayışımız. Üçüncü kez Side'ye gelirsek yine bu oteli tercih ederiz (gerçi iki seferde Side'yi geze geze bitirdiğimiz için tekrar gelmemiz düşük bir ihtimal).

fakat ben rezervasyon yaparken bir cocuk oldugunuda belirtiyorum, odaya yerlestigimde cocuk icin tek kisilik yatak olmadigi gibi ekstra yatak rica ettim resepsiyonu arayarak, bekliyorum cevap gelmeyince indim resepsiyona ki cocuk talebimi unutmus dalga gecer gibi, cocuk yatagi yok diyor baska oda da yok, rezervasyonun basinda belli 3 kisi oldugu, uygun o da yoksa satmadan once yok denmeli. Bunun 5 yildiz konfor beklentisiyle bi alakasi var mi?

Genel olarak fiyat kalite açısından başarılı

Öncelikle temiz bir otel. Odaları yeni dizayn edilmiş sadece dolapları eski kalmış bir de wifi odada az çekiyordu. Özellikle yemekleri başarılı zaten otelin sahibi de bu konuda inanılmaz fedakar. Mutfağa girip birebir takip ediyor. Bir çok büyük otelde tatmadığımız lezzette yemekleri tadabiliyorsunuz. Yemek çeşidi büyük otellere göre çok değil ama inanın lezzet bence daha önemli. Plaja 600 metre civarında yürüyerek. Dolphin Beach'e servis de mevcut. Genel olarak fiyat kalite açısından başarılı bulduğum bir müessese. Teşekkür ederiz.

Kısaca verdiğiniz kadarını alabildiğiniz bir otel.. Eğer 'ben sadece yatacak bir yatak ve duş istiyorum gerisi önemli değil' diyorsanız hiç durmayın ama 'her şeyi isterim fazla da para ödemem' diyorsanız başka alternatiflere göz atmalısınız.Ailecek yarım pansiyon 2 gece konakladık. Yemekleri yiyemedik ve dışarıda hallettik. Ama çok da dert değildi bizim için çünkü bütün günü plajda geçirmek üzere planlama yapmıştık.

Value for money

Good clean budget hotel in a great location. 24hr reseption. Pool not overly big child's pool. Restaurant with the usually food on offer. We had stayed as all inclusive for a week however I would not necessarily recommend this option as I found the food on all inclusive to be a poor selection. However we had a meal which we paid for and it was good. I would use the hotel again as it is clean and definitely value for money.

Man får ikke mere end hvad man betaler for

Vi var der i oktober, altså meget tydelig lavsæson. Der var meget få gæster og det satte sine spor. Der var masser af personale men de havde tilsyneladende meget travlt med at stirre ud i luften eller tjekke deres mobiltelefon. Med undtagelse af den natportier der tog imod os følte vi os på intet tidspunkt som velkomne. Ingen var på noget tidspunkt uhøflige, men selv når vi kom ind på hotellet efter at have været i byen blev der kun en enkelt gang sagt goddag til os. Denne opførsel gjalt også de der så ud som om de måske havde lidt mere at skulle have sagt på stedet, ikke kun de unge ansatte på gulvet. Af den grund opgav jeg helt at påpege de mangler vi følte der var (især med maden) Vi var på all inclusiv og her gjalt det absolute minimum. Frokost og aftensmad var spiselig, men absolut ikke mere end det. Standarden var sådan at det var overraskende når noget smagte godt eller var varmt(!), pommes friterne var så slaskede at selv vores teenager ikke gad spise dem. Morgenmaden var under al kritik. Det var tydeligt at fadene blev sat ind flere gange, grøntsager som så ud som om de kom fra aftensbordet, kødpålæg der krøllede fordi de var tørre i kanten, Fade der tydeligvis var fyldt op med frisk pålæg oveni det gamle. Normalt glæder jeg mig over den simple tyrkiske morgenmad med agurk, tomat og feta, men her var alt ost gummiagtig og selv agurkeskiverne tørre. Morgenmaden gik ud på at finde det der med mindst sandsynlighed ville gøre os syge. På drikkevaresiden er det samme sag.

Nice hotel in a good location for Side west beach

I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and overall I thought that I received value for money. I travelled solo and had a small bedroom which had two beds. It was clean and there was a fridge , kettle, safe ( extra charge) and air conditioning. I had a balcony. The bed was comfortable and linen was clean. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and clean towels. There was a daily maid service. There was a buffet style breakfast with a variety of dishes. The reception staff were very polite and helpful.
