Nice size hotel, very clean and modern Adult Only

This hotel could be wonderful but in our opinion it was let down by some of its staff. The hotel was absolutely full of Germans. I have no problem with other nationalities, however being Canadian/English our first language IS NOT GERMAN. Even my ability to say please, thank you etc. in Turkish was lost on many. We were often ignored at the bar in favour of a German arriving after us. Note to the Hotel... in this current travel climate I don't think "putting all your eggs in one basket" is a good idea!. We are all clients, no matter where we are from

Could be so much better

We arrived at the hotel the reception staff could barely speak any English, luckily the bell boy was able to help out and translate between the staff and ourselves, when we tried to say something we were generally replied to in German, although I can speak a little and understand a little German it was not enough. I would of thought it was quite important for a large hotel like this to make sure they had people on reception who are able to speak both German and English fluently when the hotel is advertised all over the internet on English speaking websites.The pool area is nice but they don't have anywhere near enough sun-beds so unless you get up early to reserve the sun-beds you will not get one. This completely contradicts the rules in you room where you are not supposed to reserve them before 9am and if the sun-beds are left unattended for longer than 40minutes the towels etc will be removed. This never happened as some beds were reserved for 3+ hours before anyone turned up. It is a shame the 40 minute rule is not adhered to. We didn't even see any staff looking after the pool area or fulfilling the sun-bed rules. (SHAME).The all-inclusive drinks are terrible, The beer, red and rose wine are drinkable, tried the sparkling wine and depending which bottle they chose to give you the wine from the black bottle was ok, however if they gave you the sparkling wine from the gold coloured bottle this was the worst sparkling wine i have ever tasted. i'm sure they could get better.

Tolles Hotel Relaxen pur

Wir waren das 2. Mal im Sensimar Side und waren wieder sehr angetan von der Ruhe und dem super Service in diesem Hotel! Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Personal! Wir wurden immer freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient; egal ob an der Rezeption, im Hauptrestaurant oder an der Lobbybar etc. Der Pool- und Wellnessbereich ist sagenhaft schön und die medizinischen Massagen sehr zu empfehlen. Der Sandstrand ist sehr gepflegt,wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden. Nicht so eng wie bei anderen Hotels. Die Liegen haben bequeme Stoffauflagen.

Total mangel på service

Utrolig dårlig oplevelse med medarbejderne i receptionen hvor der var store problemer med attituden som var anklagende i stedet for servicemindet og generelt ubehøvlet i deres kommunikation. Det var både ved indtjekning, under opholdet og ved udtjekning. Vi kommer aldrig igen

Overall a great time had.

Had a lovely stay. Service wasn't great to start with but improved over our stay with the exception of a couple of not very friendly staff that are obviously in the wrong job. Food was great, fab choice and very well presented. Drinks choice limited on all inclusive so a little disappointing though overall a Great hotel for a relaxing quiet stay as adult only resort. Not very much in the way of entertainment. We changed rooms part way through due to a very noisy neighbour and second room a little bit tattier and tired but a great view and fabulous enormous baths with tv in the bathroom. Very helpful reception staff that accommodated our wish to change rooms. We enjoyed our stay and extended it twice while there, would definitely return but would request a double bed as we had twin beds pushed together.. Not quite so romantic.

Von Anfang bis Ende ein erholsamer Urlaub. Dieses Hotel strahlt einfach Ruhe aus. Service und Freundlichkeit einfach genial. Fahren dieses Jahr nochmal dort hin.

Schon das 11 Mal und bald wieder

Wir wurden wie immer herzlich empfangen. Unsere Wusch Junior-Suite konnten wir sofort beziehen. Unser erster Weg führte zur Terrasse, wo man einen schönen Blick auf den Pool, gepflegte Gartenanlagen und das Meer hat. Am Abend stimmungsvolle indirekte Beleuchtung der Gartenanlage und des Pool. Das Haus ist etwas mit der Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Aber sehr gemütlich und gepflegt .Angenehm das Puplikumsalter über 18 Jahre. Reichhaltiges Essenangebot im Speisesaal. Wer hier nichts findet und meckert ,muss zu Hause einen 2 Sterne Koch haben. Äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich die Staff, beginnend bei der Hotelleitung bis zum Kofferboy. Reichhaltiges Angebot an Getränken an der Bar. Sehr viele Wiederholungstäter.

Замечательный отдых

Прекрасный отель: отлаженный сервис, ориентированный прежде всего на запросы отдыхающих. Весь персонал дружелюбный и отзывчивый на любые просьбы. Понравилось: раннее (до 14-00) заселение в номер по приезду, приветственные бокал шампанского в лобби и вино в номере, тишина в отеле (при том, что отель был заполнен почти полностью), разумное размещение по отелю баров и зон отдыха, в связи с чем отсутствует скученность и очереди из отдыхающих. Все вместе собирались лишь на вечерние ужины, но неспешный отдых и здесь позволял вести себя воспитанно, не создавая проблем при выборе пищи. Выбор питания просто потрясающий и отменный: на все вкусы и пристрастия. Немного смутило предложение менеджера при отъезде оплатить якобы заказанное при посещении ресторана a la carte вино. Но, ввиду того, что мы данный ресторан вообще не посещали в течение отдыха (в этом не было необходимости, основной-то освоили не конца), вопрос был снят. В целом - замечательный отель и прекрасный отдых. Большая благодарность всему персоналу отеля за умение каждого на своем месте создавать такие условия, что в течение всего отдыха не проходит ощущение, что все это только для тебя. Языкового барьера не было, хотя отель говорит на немецком и турецком языках. Однако персонал терпеливо пытался понять и выполнить запросы русско-английского клиента. По возможности вернемся сюда снова.
