Excellent service, special thanks to Ebru waitress ,Halil at the bar and the lady who made Gozleme for us. Location is great walking distance to the beach and shops Pools and mini disco was great fun.we will definitely come back

Spa is exceptionally extra ordinary. Reception staff and Manager are really helpful specially Aysha. Alexa at guest relation is very rude unprofessional and has no manners or training. She is dealing with guests to maintain good relationship but her attitude and service is very poor. She doesn’t deserve to be in this position.

Not what we expected

This hotel did not live up to the standards and expectation that were initially set by the hotel. When we first arrived the bathroom smelled like urine. We went to the reception where we asked for a new room to which they replied, that the smell was a problem in every room. However they sent a guy out to fix the problem. The smell did leave for a few days however it returned shortly after. A lot of the stuff in our room were rusty, the walls had several cracks and holes. The rooms did not get efficiently cleaned. A lot of the staff members were angry and would talk badly about the guests in Turkish. Due to the above mentioned conditions we chose to leave earlier, as it became too unbearable to stay at the hotel. The entertainment for the kids were however really amazing.

This was the second time we went on holiday in narcia resort. First time was 6 years ago that time was all good. This time we felt like we overpayed, room was dirty/ airconditing was leaking. Overal we diddnt enjoy our vacation. We couldnt find a place to sit near the pool/ yet in the restaurant. Always short in tables. Or it was all taken we had to pull chairs to use for our stuff. No we wre not amused never again.

Not 5 star at all!

Rooms are outdated. Bed mattress hard and have just a sheet as a blanket. No coffee and tea in room. Old furniture. Asked numerous times for baby milk carton and avoided to give any. Baby was hungry and not eating any food so asked for milk and they refused. Many Do not speak English and some always had faces and moody

2-stjernet beskidt hotel med ringe personale.

Virkelig dårlig hotel og beskidt. Rengøring kom kun for at hurtig fikse sengetøj og der gik flere dage før de skiftet det. Toilettet blev heller ikke gjort rent. Personalet brugte så meget tid på gangene om morgen og larmet vildt meget. Ingen aircon kun der hvor der var personale. Aircon på værelserne virkede on/off. Total arrogant personale, hvis man klaget fik man af vide: vi gør det om 10 min men der blev aldrig fulgt op på problemet. Mad område mega beskidt og forfærdelig mad altså virkelig dårlig. 2 stjernet hotel. Spar jeres penge og hold jer væk.

Et dejligt sted, super venlig personale. Værelset var dejligt stort, men man skal op tidligt hvis man vil have en solseng ved poolen, de bliver hurtigt taget.

Stedet mangler en god omgang renovering. Alt for slidt. Men good value for pengene men forvent ikke snorlige gulv samlinger eller andet. Men forvent myrer og sprækker

Çok güzel vakit geçirdik, fiyat performans oldukça yeterliydi. Çocuklar için kaydıraklar, akşam eğlenceleri, yemek ve içeçekler harikaydı. Biz ek binada kaldık tereddütlerim vardı ama kesinlikle ana binada kalmaktan daha iyi oldu sessiz ve sakindi. Oda tertemiz ve günlük temizlik vardı. Teşekkür ederiz, kesinlikle yeniden görüşeceğiz! :)

An amazing hotel, very clean, fantastic food, lots of pools for all ages. Also the games room is brilliant. Some areas in the game room needs ebe updated but overall we all enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much for the amazing service.

Check in was a problem. My wife is Turkish and would not have been accepted without a foreign passport. The reservation had not been registered. The first room they wanted to give us was not clean. After that, everything went smoothly.

A EVITER !!! Hygiène désastreuse Lors du remplissage du mini bar de notre chambre, nous avons constaté qu'une bouteille a été ouverte, consommé puis remis dans le mini bar. Infect L'eau de la piscine était glaçante et malgré les vacances en septembre il n'y avait pas assez de chaises longues. Climatisation trop bruyante dans la chambre. La nourriture est de mauvaise qualité. Vue nulle Personne ne porte de masques. Animation bas de gamme Seul point positif : la Plage est propre et bien desservie.

Achtung Obwohl Frühstück und Abendessen mit gebucht und bezahlt war, wurde es vom Hotel nicht akzeptiert. Hotels.com/Expedia bot mir keine Entschädigung. Ich könne lediglich ein anderes Hotel buchen, was ich nach einer langen Anreise und mit Koffern an der Rezeption nicht akzeptiert habe. Was ist was für eine Service von Hotels.com/Expedia? Am besten vor der Anreise die Buchung vom Hotel bestätigen lassen!

Food area was very busy, I could not find fork/spoon easily, number of staff was not sufficient. One day I had to drink cold tea because they could not manage heating the tea. There are better hotels in Side, this is five stars hotels but it is not like five stars. We had to leave our car on the street, sometimes street was also busy. We stayed in three five stars hotels nearby but this was the worst one, though the budget was similar. they need more staff, better organization.
