The property was genuinely lovely. We arrived at around 11.30 pm, placed in a smaller room than requested until 12am the next day and reallocated to a larger family room, but it was not the room we requested as we asked for a sea view. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Very relaxing surroundings with an excellent service and a good all-inclusive buffet. Nice pools and a good poolbar. OBS: it's cheaper to rent a car for a week than to pay for transfer from the airport (1 week booked in advance online only 100 €). It gives You the oppurtunity to leave the hotel for a sightseeing fx in Side Old Town (about 10 min. drive

Airport transfer should have been included in price even cheaper travel agency provide it, I had to pay 120 euro for transfer. maybe i will travel next time with other agency. I would give 7.5/10

Starke Hygienemängel, Aufenthalt abgebrochen

Wir raten strengstens ab vom Luna Blanca. Wir haben die Aufenthalt abgebrochen und streiten gerade um die Rückerstattung. Starke Hygienemängel, unseriöses Personal, Sicherheitsbedenken. Diese Bude wird einem 5-Sterne Standard keinstenfalls gerecht (höchstens 3 Sterne). Ein paar Beispiele (siehe auch Fotos): - Insekten im Obst (bei uns war es ein Käfer, beim Nachbartisch am Vortag ein Wurm) - ein Zimmer stank weil kein Siphon in der Dusche war. Die Katzen waren auch im Essensraum. - Bei der Begrüssung wurde bereits dringend der Safe empfohlen (weil mal wohl dem Personal nicht traut). - Der Minibar-Chef (Minibar ist nur Limonade) hat uns ernsthaft gefragt ob wir ihm Kleingeld in einen Schein wechseln können (Trinkgeldtechnik). - Der à la carte-Gutschein ist stark eingeschränkt weil das Restaurant ja so gut wie nie auf hat - Das Internet fiel häufig aus - Das Personal ist äusserst unseriös, die Massagegutscheine (10 min) dienten nur dazu aggressiv weitere Stunden zu verkaufen - Zimmer dreckig (Spinnenweben, unter dem Bett) - Lippenstift auf Tasse Ich empfehle aufgrund der Erfahrung dieses Hotel zu meiden. Wir haben Hotels.com auch empfohlen Luna Blanca zu blockieren. Es erscheint wie Betrug, dass Luna Blanca unter 5-Sterne verkauft. Für das gleiche Geld gibt es viel bessere Alternativen. Die Umgebung ist industriell. -

The property was in a great location the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you and their service was second to none consistently. There is an option to take up a Hammam which is free! And we would thoroughly recommend to try the experience from the trained staff within the Luna Blanca we also followed up directly after with a full body massage from the excellent “Spa Team” led by Erkan which was a payable extra but completely worth it and made you feel so relaxed after! The food was excellent and whatever type of traveller you are you can go and eat 22 hours a day in one of the many restaurants on offer whether your an early bird or a late riser. The “all inclusive” part of the property was fantastic as the drinks alcoholic or non alcoholic were all of a good brand and no additional payment for most drinks (premium wine and champagne an additional charge) having said that the wines on offer red or white were of a top quality. Also Ice-creams available too! The rooms were serviced and thoroughly cleaned daily to a high standard with mini bar (non alcoholic) a part of your “all inclusive” All public areas immaculately maintained too! There is also a service which is great and part of your all inclusive which is pool/beach towels run under a simple but effective manner included in the “all inclusive” Thanks Luna Blanca!
