Dit hotel is prima. De kamer was ook erg comfortabel. Jammer alleen was, dat de dame van de kamer ons telkens vergat aan te vullen met de gratis toiletartikelen en aanvulling van thee, koffie en de minibar en we hierom zelf moesten gaan vragen. Mijn echtgenote en ik hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Lekker gegeten en gedronken in het restaurant. Zelfs gebruik gemaakt van de hamam voor een massage en gezwommen in het indoor zwembad. Eén rode vlag, pas op met de wifi! Die zou je krijgen op de kamer. Maar moest toch betalen. Er worden hier ook echt genoeg veiligheidsmaatregelen getroffen i.v.m. Covid. Ook de PCR voor de terugreis kon intern geregeld worden voor 30€. Erg prettig ook.

Otelde çalışanların hemen hemen hepsi yalaka belboy resepsiyon da oturup artislik peşinde animasyon müdürü müşterilerin masasına oturup sohbet etmenin peşinde otel fotoğrafçısı geleni gideni kolluyor rahatsız edici bakışlar nasıl bir otel çözemedik birdaha bırak bu otele gelmeyi yanından geçmek bile istemiyoruz bir otel ancak bukadar rezil olur ....

Trotz Corona das Personal gibt sich sehr grosse Mühe. Silvester Abend mit Essen und Unterhaltung sehr schön. Zimmer sauber, Hotel sauber. Täglich frische Wäsche wenn man will. Personal auf Minimum reduziert wegen Virus. Trotzdem alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Gut gepflegtes Hotel in Strandnähe

Wir waren leider enttäuscht vom Essen, da es fad geschmeckt hat und so gut wie jeden Tag gab es das gleiche Essen. Das Personal war zum Teil sehr unfreundlich!! Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber, der Pool ist groß und es gibt viele Liegen. Es gibt einen Shuttle Bus der zum Strand fährt, zu Fuß erreicht man den Strand in 2 Minuten. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es einen Straße mit vielen Ständen zum einkaufen. Im großen und ganze waren wir zufrieden.

Müdür hariç süper otel

Otel müdürünün karşılayış tarzı çok yanlıştı kendinisine müşteri odaklı çalışması gerektiğini söyledim karşılaştığım herşey çok güzeldi otelde çok güzel yemekleri konforu çok iyi. Otele gitmeden bana satışı gerçekleştiren ve ilgisi alakası ile oteli sevdiren Eray bey'e çok teşekkür ederim. Otel sahibinin en kısa zamanda otel müdüründen kurtulmasını tavsiye ederim. Tüm otel çalışanlarınada ayrıca tek tek teşekkür ediyorum. Otel yeri ve konumu ile çok iyi herkese tavsiye ederim.
