"This hotel was okay, however if you are looking to be on the beach this hotel is not for you, the beach was far and needed a shuttle- the beach was also not kept up and has brown sand making the water appear dirty. I would not stay at this property again. "

"Neptune's location is perfect and it is a great choice if you prefer a laid back, friendly, family-run hotel over a corporate-run resort. The property's beachside has a lovely, large, shaded, patio perfectly situated for leisurely meals, drinks, or relaxing on the boardwalk which is lively with strollers in the evenings, and the hotel's private beach is directly in front; a few steps out the back and you are in the midst of the Roman ruins half way between the ancient fountain and the ancient amphitheater. Additionally, its a beautiful and short stroll up the boardwalk to the picturesque shopping and restaurant area. The hotel's restaurant, situated in the patio had excellent food and service. The rooms face the sea and have a lovely balcony. The rooms are not fancy, but they are comfortable and clean, with a good shower. "

"Second time to the resort, great for the kids (5 and 7). Multiple pools and slides, height restrictions on some. Kids club every day apart from Sundays. All inclusive has food available most of the time with themed nights in the main buffet area and lots of choice, does get a bit repetitive after a few days. Staff always available and helpful. Rooms are starting to get a bit tired but are ok, daily clean, towel replacement and beds made. "

"Absolute bliss 🌳🌴🌲🍃 serenity with luxury at its best. We booked our 4 days short break with Paloma perissia & we have enjoyed and still enjoying our stay here. ❤️👌 Hotel is perfect all-rounder. Top level service by all the staff members - from Reception to the kitchen & cleaning. They are welcoming and always happy to help. 🌟 Food - even a week won't be enough for everything they offfer. Delicious 😋 meals all the time. A-la carte restaurants are pure gems. 🌟❤️ Main buffet restaurant also offers plenty of selection from all around the world cuisine. Pools and hotel premises are upto date and lively. Lifeguard on duty are taking there jobs seriously 👍 All different bars has their own vibe ❤️🌟 Location of the hotel is perfect in Side area. Walking distance to ancient town of side and other attractions. Private beach and beach bar 🍻 hotel grounds are so lush green 💚 with very well maintained grass & trees. Entertainment team are amazing. Everyday different games , lige performance, live music & dj with full blast energy. 🎯🎲論🎤 Will definitely come back to paloma Perissia."
