Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Hotel toll, Zimmer toll, Pools toll,Strand toll (mussten ca. 10 Minuten gehen,was angehnehm ist,,es fährt aber alle paar Minuten einen Shuttle vorm Hotel ) Essen toll, Personall toll und was uns besonders gut gefallen hat waren die Animatoren (Murat,Joker,DJ Yesim,Pikachu,Lorenzo,Kalou etc...) einfach TOP. Auch unsere Kinder (15 und 14) haben tolle Aktivitäten mitgemacht und waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich .. Es gab aber auch Gäste die unzufrieden waren weil dass Wasser zu nass war ,die Sonne zu hell der Sand zu sandig....aber soche gibts leider überall

Det sies at man skal gjøre et godt førsteinntrykk. Dette hotellet gjorde definitivt ikke noe godt førsteinntrykk pga helt unødvendige vanskeligheter fra den som skulle sjekke oss inn. Det virket som om de ikke hadde rom til oss og det ble forsøkt bedt om mer betaling pga expedia ikke hadde booka riktig antall rom. Hvem som har rett vet jeg ikke, men jeg har betalt det jeg skulle. Så det starta ikke mye hyggelig, men pga de veldig hyggelige og greie arbeiderne på hotellet for øvrig så velger jeg å se litt bort fra det første. Videre så er fasilitetene gode. Det er 6 sklier, de er for både store og små, og veldig underholdende. Maten er god! Spesielt gode er pide som bakes i steinovn og pizzaen på snack bar. Drikkene er mindre gode og ferskepressa juice koster ekstra. Ingen underholdning for voksne. Som tittelen sier: dette stedet er for å ta med barna sine og slippe dem fri. Rommene er ok, ingen ting å utsette på det. Renholdet er bra, men ingen toalettartikler. Massasje/spa stedet er sykt masete og du må hente og levere håndklær der. Treningsstudio er mindre enn OK. Alle de små butikkene du finner inni hotellet er ekstremt overpriset i forhold til Tyrkisk prisnivå. Likevel er det anbefalt å komme hit da maten og personalet på gulvet veier opp.

Hervorragend 👍 Pool für über +18 Jährige, tolle Rutschen für Teenis, Kinderpool, Pool mit Liegestühlen direkt im Wasser, tolles Essen, freundliches Personal, zufriedene Putzfrauen, die endlich mal nicht jammern, tolles Arbeitsklima, viele Läden, Bazare, Apotheken gleich in der Nähe. Elektro Scooter 1 Std für 5€ Mietbar, eine gite Gelegenheit um die Gegend anzuschauen. Side und Manavgat und Nova Moll mit Bus (dolmusch) gut erreichbar für 2€. Fantastisches Animation, extra Kinderrestaurant und Buffet für die kleinen Gäste, generell sehr geeignet für Familien mit Kindern und Teenis. Auch für Paare und ruhesuchende interessant. Ruhige Pools, Cafe wo man mit Füßen im Wasser sitzt. Eine schön eingerichtete Anlage das sehr empfehlenswert ist. Gäste sind zu 80% Deutsche, 5% Russen, 5% Türken und 10% Polen/Skandinavien

Well below standard, I'd never return.

I made a reservation for this accommodation in good faith, believing the description to be fully accurate. Upon arrival at the hotel, I handed our passports and Turkish visas to the reception desk. They didn't return one of the visa's telling me that I never gave it to them! The food was substandard & not on par with the many other 5* hotels in the vicinity. There was a charge to have a room with a balcony of €10 per night, there was a charge of €2 per night to use the safe in the room, the water slides were only open for 2 x 2 hours per day - despite the name of the hotel being called Dreamworld Aqua (you'd think 'Aqua' meant just that). There were no doughnut rings for the aqua park rides & we had to buy 2 at €15 each. There wasn't a lifeguard by all the rides & after I went down one of the shutes, a boy quickly following me and crashed into my back. There is a charge of €1.50 per glass of orange juice at breakfast. The room is described as having a mini bar, but this consisted of water and cold tea - no soft drinks & no alcohol. There was a pop corn stand near the evening entertainment which is charged at €3 each. This is the only hotel in the region I've stayed in where they charge for the use of the sauna. It is described as having air conditioned rooms, but they are centrally turned off. The heat was 42°C - 39°C and the rooms were unbearable. I'd set up the aircon each night & we were awoken due to the high heat because the aircon had gone off. Don't book

Great hotel!

We had a great stay in this hotel. Me, my wife and two children. Friendly staff but thier English is very very poor. Speaks mostly german and russian. Even the activities and shows are mostly in german wich brings down the overall rating. Ps. If you can avoid layover in Istanbul airport then do it. It's chaotic and the staff is very horrible! Book a direct fly the Antalya instead.

Stort o gott utbud av mat alla måltider. Fin matsal, men stor och mycket folk, så bullrigt och rörigt. Fin service trevlig personal. Hotellets spaavdelning mycket rogivande och gemytlig. Duktig massör som gav otroligt bra behandling. Rent och fint överallt. Fin utsikt mot bergområde från balkongen.

Animations team

The animation team were fantastic. They kept me and family entertained our whole stay. Hotel was great. Not many English but for us was no problem everyone was friendly. Most of staff spoke English and the animation team all spoke good English. Fun holiday thanks to the animation team.

Merhabalar, Otelele giriş esnasında chekin sırasında baya bir bekliyorsunuz. Genel düzeyde otel yeni bir otel fakat iç özellikleri vasat. Odada minibar ve konsept dahilinde markası olmayan kalitesiz içeçekler( Akdeniz cola, vb. kalitesi olmayan ucuz bira ve diğer votka, rakı tarzı içecekler.) Yemeklerde çok şükür 10 çeşit soğuk meze, hindi ağırlıklı basit 2 yıldız yemekler. Et ve köfte beklemeyin derim. Personel son derece kaba müşterilere bir küfür etmedikleri kalıyor. Temizlik sorunları var. Plaj havlusunu kirlendiğinde değiştiremiyorsunuz, belli günleri ve saatlerinde değişim yapıyorlar. Genel anlamda 2 yıldız bir şehir oteli! Bir daha tercih etmem.
