We had a wonderful stay at the Swandor Hotels & Resort Topkapi Palace - All-Inclusive! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We first visited Concorde Deluxe Resort two years ago, and one of the main reasons we chose to return this year was the exceptional service provided by the Guest Relationship Manager, Tulay. Despite encountering a few minor issues during check-in, Tulay handled everything with great professionalism and care, ensuring our second stay was truly outstanding. We will definitely be back again!

Excellent service, very good accommodation for any age. Wonderful food selection. Friendly staff speak multiple languages.. and wonderful charm of Russian Kremlin. Highly recommended..
