All the staff are excellent. Hotel is very clean. Room was lovely and the AC is very quiet. Our room had a balcony too, which we hadn't expected. Mini bar fridge broke down, but was replaced within 48 hours. We arrived late at night and had a pizza in the restaurant, which was really nice. Breakfast had scrambled egg as a hot option, plus cold meats, different cheeses, fruit, etc. Croissants were lovely, as was the coffee which was fresh to order.
The pools looked nice, however the bar isn’t open until 3pm. But I gather the reception staff can pop up and do simple drinks
There's a supermarket downstairs, which is convenient. And the petrol station next door, has a bar along with a 24 hour machine. You'll need to put your driving licence in it for over 18 purchses.
Overall, very nice, very clean and lovely staff.

Rooms very basic - only 1 plug in room for tv behind furniture so not easy for charging. Reception staff were just ok - wouldn't let us use outdoor pool at 8.10pm after arrival in motorbike gear in 33° - which would have been a godsend (closed 10 mins prior).
