The staff were lovely but when you check in they do the up sell. A suggestion is send it out a few days earlier so you can make a good selection instead of when you are tired and just want to go to your room. We put laundry in at 6:30 pm and got a phone call at 1:36 in the morning asking if we got our laundry, hot happy. Had a shower and the drain was blocked and flooded the bathroom and passage. On checkout check your bill carefully as the accounting is not very good. They tried to charge us for things we had already paid for. It seemed like a mistake but when you have to pay for you room in advance and it's added to you bill again, I'm not sure. And other things we paid for were added as well.
