"The third floor near the elevators smelled musty, dusty and like maybe hydraulic fluid or something, sickly sweet smelling. Our room was kind of musty smelling and very humid with a very old heat/AC unit didn’t really like the fact that the smoke detector flashed bright red white all night. The curtains really didn’t close properly to blackout the bright lights and between the grass and the two buildings which was our view out our window. The beds are really uncomfortable, and the hairdryer kept on falling out of the holder and hitting us in the hand or random places on the counter. The biggest concern I had is, I tried to take a shower on Friday evening and even though I had the bathmat secure, it popped back up and I started to slip and there was no grab bars in the very slick tub shower combo. Luckily I didn’t fall because I already have a bad hip. The shower/tub combo shouldn’t be that slippery and you need to get bigger rubber mats that goes the full length of the tub. Otherwise, everything else was OK but not great but not horrible. Not sure if I would stay there again. Evan the night shift receptionist was very friendly and very helpful and giving us extra toiletries and towels when we first arrived. I did really appreciate the late checkout as we were here for a funeral and I was sick with a migraine the morning we were supposed to leave by noon."
"The staff wonderful and kind. I think the property is in the midst of a remodel, which would explain a lot. The bedding seemed clean and maintained. The bathroom and whirlpool tub did not look as great. There's no showerhead in the bathroom, just an open pipe. Things like the heat/ac keypad were covered in plastic, but it looked more like used plastic wrap than a protective cover. What appears to have been the pool is now a greenhouse with a mountain of garbage in the middle. I just needed a place to sleep overnight and was not expecting anything fancy at all, but i thought that Wyndham property would be better."
"The bed was way to hard for my liking. I tossed and turned all night and my lower back was aching a lot in the morning and for most of the day. The rooms only sleep up to 4 people. When I booked my room it said 5 people. The bathroom door us crooked and you have to lift it up to be able to lock the door and there is not a fan in the bathroom."
"Overpriced for the quality of the room. It was clean-ish, had an odd odor, tiny tv with no remote, breakfast is included is the basic cereal/toast/waffle maker-no other hot food served."
"Very well kept hotel, the pool was clean but extremely hot in the room and water was freezing but it was refreshing! Staff was great even brought my 3 kids balloons and little toys! Would definitely recommend a stay if traveling in area!"
"Bathrooms are terrible, toilets would plug from a piece of paper. Sinks kept running. Room wasn't clean. Hairs in the bed that weren't mine. Not good."
"The place is very clean, welcoming beautiful smell.Carpet very clean.I loved their ice machine more especially in this hot season.Me and my 4 classmates had a good experience while we were down there for training."
"It was very disappointing that they were holding a staff meeting in the dining area during the hours that breakfast was being served. There was a large group of people there that were all participating in this meeting so guests picked up their food and took it back to their room or we just sat on a couch in the gathering area next to the meeting and felt like we were intruding in their meeting. Not a very welcoming environment made us feel very uncomfortable. Seemed like a poor time to plan a large meeting."
