I completed the "book in" and the payment via Credit Card.
I hired a car in order to commute to my science / business meetings in Helsinki.
I was then informed that the accommodation was not available.
A very unsatisfactory state of affairs.
I have received no apology and am still awaiting news of the refund.
It would be too much to expect also the refund of the then quite unnecessary car hire costs.
