Overall nice hotel, nice rooms, good food. I booked rooms with breakfast for 1 (per room). Same rates same booking. The front desk seemed confused about it but after printing my booking off said it was ok. In the morning 2 breakfasts were covered and two only had $15 vouchers. Hotel staff were very unhelpful trying to sort it and said “it’s a third party booking you have to deal with them” and seemed satisfied with that. It’s been a week now and lots of back and forth with Expedia. Still unresolved.
Will be considered a great stay overall if this breakfast is covered as it was advertised, booked and paid to be all included. But still the hassle is no fun.
