Hotel is convenient to everything we wanted to see. Room furniture not well maintained. Bathroom not well designed. Smell of smoke from the casino traveled trhroughout the hotel. Much more noticeable than other hotels we visited on this trip

There was a convention going on so we were upgraded to the Crockfords. Our stay was AMAZING!!! We did end up in the Conrad our last stay because we had to extend our stay due to a snow storm back home.
This was a beautiful facility. The staff was lovely. (Except the lady who answered the phone when I called to ask about the coffee… she was a little short) I’d definitely come back.
Oh the breakfast wasn’t that great… but I guess that’s fine….

There were some good things about the hotel. The ac worked, the wifi was okay. But the attached restaurant food was very costly for very little. There were roaches in the bathroom which freaked out my wife.

The property was filthy! Front of house person couldnt speak English, and argumentative. Fikthy room, dust and dead bugs around bed, unclean bathroom , shower didnt wirk, no hot water....i could go on!!! Im traumatized 😔
