"This stay was absolutely amazing! The house looked exactly like the pictures, which is always a plus. There was so much space throughout the home, and the layout was perfect for a group. The multiple bathrooms were a huge convenience, especially the ones with double showers—that was a standout feature for us.The amenities really made the experience: we enjoyed the pool table, used the karaoke machines, and had fun with the board games provided. Everything was well thought out and set up for guests to actually enjoy the space.The host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. When I had a small issue with the key upon arrival, the host addressed it immediately—within about 5 minutes, which I really appreciated.The only minor downsides are that the parking is limited (about three spots behind the house) and the neighborhood isn’t the best, but honestly, the house itself more than makes up for it. If you’re from Detroit or familiar with city living, you’ll easily look past the area because the home is truly a gem.Overall, an excellent stay, beautiful home, and a great host. I would definitely book again and highly recommend this property"

"The host was really nice. The location was near a lot of places, the neighborhood was not so great. The neighbors were honking their car late at night for the 2 nights we stayed. The description was misleading, we had to share the very narrow driveway with the guy staying downstairs, even though the description stated we would have the entire house to ourselves. Personally house means the entire house not just the upper level. We were woken up at 4 am to someone revving their car and doing burn outs. There are no doors for the bedroom 9 or bathroom, in the living room part you just had a view facing the other bed. The bed was extremely comfortable though. The doors had mechanical locks with a passcode, it was very secure so that was a plus. The place is close by to a police station. Nearby a couple malls as well, and downtown."

"Spacious home for our group of 10 to stay for our trip to the Ford plant, museum, and Greenfield Village. Upon arrival Derrick met us to show us the house. Lots of amenities and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and well kept on the inside. Plenty of parking space in the back. Heads up on the neighborhood, maybe get your groceries before you go. We were there on a Wednesday and Thursday night. All was quiet and street was patrolled. "
