"Great stay, food excellent only problem we had was the shower waste was blocked which we reported and was put right within a few hours "

The hotel is in the middle of Shrewsbury so access to all areas is very easy . Good internet access and the bedroom comfortable with a bath as well. Evening meal the restaurant was also good. Would recommend this hotel."

"Fabulous period property with so much charm. There were only a handful of people staying, including me, which made for a very peaceful stay. I slept well, and the rooms had great amenities. I would say the rooms felt dated, but this adds to the charm of the property. The evening food was fantastic, and there was a good selection of drinks available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was a breeze, and gave me a great history of the property, an overview of the surroundings, and all the information I needed without having to ask. Would certainly recommend this place. "
