Welcome to what we call our Fleur de Lis in the Broadmoor area! This spacious house offers four comfortable bedrooms, a large kitchen, a comfy, stylish living room, two full bathrooms, a half bath, and huge backyard with a gazebo and large, beautiful oak tree! Come enjoy a quiet and peaceful neighborhood lush with huge trees and greenery. It's minutes away from many of Shreveport's finest restaurants, shopping, parks, casinos, colleges, museums, brewery, and aquarium!

If you come for a weekend visit and to relax, our place is quiet and in a peaceful neighborhood. Of course, you may rent for longer stays if you're in town to work or visiting family... Stays of 7 days or more can receive a 20% discount. We do charge $15 extra per stay for each additional number of guests over 4, but we don't have cleaning fees for any of our stays!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please return moved items or furniture to their original place. All used towels place in tub(s).
Log off your streaming accounts on the TV's. Turn off inside fans/lights. Leave outside lights on
Place all trash in outside bins located by car port. Load dishwasher if needed but don't start it... Cleaners will do so.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No disconnecting/disabling the modem and/or WiFi and/or any device using WiFi like TV's, thermostat, or security cameras. Don't move ANY furniture.
Absolutely NO loud events or parties allowed! Violatiors will be asked to leave. Keep thermostat at reasonable temps between 72 and 74 degrees.
Towels are for drying only. Do not use them for cleaning anything. Towels and/or linens found with excessive soiling will incurr a $25 fee per item.
