"The hotel was dirty. We had black mold on the wall which was the bathroom on the other side. Had a man following us around the casino and couldn’t find any staff or security to help. Would never go back!"

"Room was clean, breakfast was fine. But during the night, people were going in and out of their rooms and the door was very noisy when it closed. It lasted for hours. Back and forth. I could hear people upstairs walking constantly through the night. I guess it’s not well insulated."

"First time at a bed and breakfast so can’t compare but the staff was great and they offered plenty of snacks and drinks. Only complaint is the room was a bit too warm for us. We were upstairs in a small room."

"My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite this being a non-smoking hotel, which made the space feel unclean. The smoke detector had been removed, which was concerning. Although the room had windows that could open, I wasn’t able to use them because the screen had a large hole. The entryway was not inviting—the door was difficult to open and the threshold was lined with rust. The elevator was very small, and I even saw a roach while waiting for it. When I requested extra face towels, I was told none were available. For an airport hotel, this experience was extremely disappointing. "
