First off, it's very clean and conveniently located right next to the Dotonbori area, offering a wealth of food and nightlife options. Easy access to two or three different subway lines. Also, the staff is devoted. We had a room that, for some reason, wasn't getting a good wifi signal. It was full of bars everywhere in the hotel, except in our room. We informed the staff, who immediately attempted a few unsuccessful attempts to improve the signal. The next day, a new signal repeater had been installed right outside our door, and we had full bars in our room. An email was in my inbox telling me they had done that. TBH, I thought that was impressively professional.

Mamba Station has so many food options. Can walk to Dotombori.

It was a great place to stay and was close to the subway. 15 minute walk to a large shopping area with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Property was clean and staff was very welcoming. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kyoto.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location and great view of Shrine right opposite hotel. Pleasant stay for family.
