"This home was wonderful for our week long stay. I didn’t want to leave! The kitchen was well appointed, as we prepared all our meals. Clean linens. Comfortable beds. Nice bedding. The decor is delightful and furniture is new. My joy was the large screened breezeway for outdoor meals. Sunrise to one end and sunset over the Gulf at the other. The living, kitchen, and master bedroom windows view the corner lot location at a junction of a canal and the spring fed Cow Creek’s mouth into the gulf! Perfect for every type of bird, dolphins daily and manatee. Fishing from the yard, oh my. I use Merlin ID, a free ap from Cornell University for identifying birds around the world. I found numerous new birds each day. There is even a black oyster bed under the water at the corner, exposed by the daily tidal action. A sign of a healthy waterway No alligators! as my ai search said there could be. The neighbors were all kind -southern hospitality. "

"We love the location of this home and the fact that it's pet friendly and very clean. We enjoyed the screened lanai and the hot tub out under the stars and the addition of plenty of beach type towels. Although all furnishings, equipment and linens seemed new, the property is not what I'd consider luxuriously appointed as listed. That is absolutely not a complaint, simply an observation for review purposes. If coffee is important, the coffee maker does not use pods and there are filters on hand but no coffee (the store at the end of the road sells Cafe Bustelo brand). Navigating the street and parking is interesting as the street is very compact and crowded. Again, not a complaint, just an observation. The only complaint would be the communication from the property managers which kept informing us (even days before we checked in) that we'd be charged extra if we weren't out by checkout time. Again though, wonderful location, clean, pet friendly. "

"The rental was very spacious! The house was surface cleaned but needed some deep cleaning and some furniture was worn out. My grandson loved the arcades which was a nice bonus to keep him entertained. The kitchen was large but the dishes were mismatched and old and just thrown in the cupboards haphazardly. Checkout was easy and not a lot was required. Overall we had a good stay."

"The location was good for what we needed and the cute canal in back was nice. James was responsive to any questions or comments we had. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were well stocked. There is ample closet and drawer storage. The ice cream shop is steps away so that is good and bad! Great area for walking up and down the dead end streets. The beach is close but small. We ate at Sam's Bar on the water which was fun. It is an upstairs apartment in Florida so it can get warm but furniture is comfortable and televisions are accessible with a notebook with lots of ideas for the area. It was a good week."

"We were in town for a long weekend for a family event and the house was perfect for our needs. Our 2 teenage boys, loved the game room and the kayaks! The house was clean and exactly as described and Sandi couldn't have been any friendlier. She was proactive, provided an easy check-in experience and was quick to respond. We saw plenty of wildlife from the house but didn't have any luck with the manatees. Thankfully Airpeka Adventures is right across the canal and was able to take us on a 2 hrs ride where we saw dozens of Manatees and dolphins."

"This Cottage is nestled in a quiet residential area. The backyard provides a wonderful view of the gulf where you can watch the dolphines and manatees swim while sitting on the upper deck. The cottage comes equiped with everything from soup to nuts! The beds are comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. The cottage is cozy and comfortable. Communication with the host was wonderful and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. Wish I could have stayed longer, hopefully I'll be back in the future."
