Family Getaway

Found this gem through the app, and was interested from the start. The layout and the location were key for us. Lots of room, great facility, and nice back porch to hang out on. Renters were super nice. Everything was very well presented Definitely a go to

Great Cabin

A trip to the pines

Amazing cabin with a great location. It was so nice to sit on the spacious patio drinking coffee and watching the animals play. Definitely would recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful Retreat

The property was enjoyable. The location is close to nearby restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The owners were very kind and quick with any concerns or questions.. I would recommend this stay for anyone who wants to enjoy their time in Pinetop.

Beautiful Spaceous Cozy Cabin

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. The fireplace in the living room and bedroom were silvery cozy to enjoy while the snow was falling outside. The cabin was perfectly stocked! Although we didn't use the spare bedrooms on this trip and only needed the master bedroom and bathroom for ourselves, any adult couples would be comfortable in each of the bedrooms. The homeowners were absolutely amazing with communication throughout our trip and we are so grateful! If we could buy this cabin for ourselves we absolutely would. They did a beautiful job of making us feel at home!

Lovely Cabin for Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed this well appointed cabin in the pines! The house was large and well furnished. We especially enjoyed the very large deck in the back of the house where we spent many lovely hours relaxing and eating. We had great communication with the owners and they attended to a few issues promptly and efficiently! Thank you for providing us with a great home away from home! We shall return!!!!

My BFF had a wonerful girls trip!! This home was perfect. We spent mornings drinking coffee on the back patio watching the squirls & birds. We had a lovely time & would love to come back again, if available!!! Thank you Dawnene for a wonderful retreat!!!

Beautiful property with everything you need!

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this property over a long weekend and absolutely loved it! We cook a lot and the kitchen was fully stocked for anything we needed to make. The jet tub sits underneath a skylight where you can see the moon at night. It was cold enough that it snowed during our stay and the dual fireplace was incredible for warming up. It is seated in a beautiful neighborhood and has lot of outdoor space for enjoying the wind in the trees. The photos don't do this place justice. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful Pinetop Cabin!

We had a wonderful stay in this Pinetop cabin! Dawnee, the host, was easy to contact and replied quickly. The cabin is in a great location, peaceful but close enough to shops and restaurants, and just down the street from the Pinetop Lakes Golf Club. The interior was spotless, updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and lovely tiled bathrooms. Soft towels, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Morning coffee and afternoon happy hour were so enjoyable on the big deck outside. We will be back! Highly recommend this cabin for your stay in Pinetop!

Weekend Getaway

The house was beautiful with windows everywhere along with stainless steel appliances. Plenty of counter space inside the kitchen and the back patio was perfect for that backyard bbq. With T.V.’s in every room. We had a choice to watch something different if we wanted to. The neighborhood was quite at night. I’m very interested in staying there again next year

Great, super clean, cozy home and neighborhood!

The pictures online don’t do it justice. Amazing great room, kitchen, and master bedroom! Huge kitchen with Jennair appliances. Loved the oversized Jacuzzi tub in master, two fireplaces, great backyard in the Pines. Super clean and well stocked home. One of the closest neighborhoods to sunrise ski area, which we loved the convenience. Wonderful owner who was quick to communicate. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Cozy cabin

This cabin is clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to shopping and restaurants. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns.Although my husband and I enjoyed our stay for the most part, but there was some disappointment. Hi (The reason we only gave 4 stars and not 5.) We found the master bedroom jacuzzi unusable . The handle was broken off and laying there. The plastic fireplace knob was cracked and would not turn. Luckily my husband had his pliers so we could turn the fireplace on. We stayed 8 days and we got some beautiful snow. Overall nice time. Thanks.

Amazing Home *Awful Master Bed Mattress

This home is lovely, with a split bedroom layout and a quant center kitchen/family room area. Beautifully kept in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. My family and I experienced some very scenic and memorable hikes around pinetop, lots of intrigue and laughter from the children and teenager. At the end of the day we found ourselves spent and ready for a great night's sleep but unfortunately my husband and myself were not granted such. The master bedroom mattress came with 2 massive divots where we tried to sleep. We woke with extremely sore necks with a pain that persisted throughout the day. Finally we located some extra pillows and blankets and attempted to fill the human size divots to make a somewhat straight surface. This helped but was not comfortable. I would suggest bringing an air mattress for yourself if you decide to stay in this rental. Such a charming little cabin, but the master bedroom mattress definitely needs to be upgraded and replaced.

Well stocked, cozy, beautiful cabin

My husband and I both enjoyed the cabin. It was well stocked, well furnished, and very cozy. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only thing I would say that was not ideal is none of the many light switches as well as the tv remotes, were labeled. The previous guests had switched the Amazon fire stick remotes for master and living room which caused some issues when we tried to watch tv. There were a few light switches that we were not able to figure out what exactly they controlled but those are both very small issues. It was nice surprise to stay in a rental where we actually had garage access. (I admittedly missed that in the listing) The bed in the master was very comfortable and had nice warm, cozy sheets. The cabin also had thoughtful touches, like a rug on both sides of bed so no cold floors first thing in the morning, table games to play, wood in the fire pit, and a heating pad in case of any soreness from your adventures. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Needs more to stand out and make me return

The house itself is in a great location and has a great layout. Our experience- From the time you pull up it is very confusing because the picture of the house online is actually the back of the house and not the view from the road. Arrival/entering the house was a bit of a mess since we never received an email with instructions how to get in. After several attempts we were finally able to get a hold of the owner for assistance. The house honestly has so much potential but needs a few things to make it user friendly. -you need some sort of welcome binder or information sheet once you enter the home(wi-fi password, instructions for fireplaces, lights, checkout -no nightstands in the bedrooms, everyone has stuff to put on a nightstand, especially when there are no clocks in the bedrooms you want to be able to have your phone within reach -no coat hooks, your in the mountains and have no where to hang your jacket -the mattresses need to have some sort of mattress topper, they were all uncomfortable and feel very basic -the showers were draining very slow and filling up to our ankles, we had to plunge them and clear the lines -the house needs to be deep cleaned and not just a quick once over. The floors were disgusting and the cabinet doors need to be wiped down, they all had dry residue down the front of the doors. -replace the towels and provide more. Larger, better quality towels would be nice. These towels are small and very worn. Bring coffee or pods, nothing is provided
