To begin, this home is located in a quiet gated community. The property is fenced which is nice for pets. Host was quick to respond to all my texts. I was traveling with a service dog who doesn’t shed and is hypoallergenic. Unfortunately there was a mishap of my friend damaging the garage door but I notified the host and they came up with a plan to get repairs done.Evidently the huge hot tub seems to be what they think is a great draw to rent this place but it wasn’t what interested me. I have spa at home so I took test strips with me, when we arrived on the 6th, there was zero chorine or bromide in spa. Needless to say, we didn’t use it. On the 20th, pool company came to service it. He confirmed there were no chemicals in water. So out of a 20 day rental, 6 days it was safe to use.The refrigerator wasn’t clean, besides that the ice maker was broke. It made ice but wouldn’t dispense it. The carpet in master bedroom was dirty and stained. Master bed had sheets that didn’t fit right.The whole house needs a deep cleaning including all the dirty windows and dusty smelling shades. There was dog poop not disposed of in places outside including what appeared to be diarrhea from small pet dried on artificial turf in front yard. The outside couch cushions were covered in dog hair and dirty. Overall this place wasn’t worth what they charge, it could be a 5 Star but in its current condition at most 3 stars. Really enjoyed the neighborhood but was disappointed in cleanliness.
