Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. The only complaint was that the dryer did not dry our clothes appropriately. Also, you cannot get breakfast there unless you order the night before. No other facilities on site for eating.
