"Bianca, the receptionist was excellent, so nice and sweet and we were upgraded without even asking. She also asked if we wanted the city side or the courtyard view. The best service I’ve had in years she really made our vacation with her helpful suggestions of great restaurants and city activities. We love Bianca. Also the room was very clean and nice. The halls were clean and it was very enjoyable. I also like the that the doors were locked after 10 I felt very secure and safe thank you Belltown."

"We stayed over the weekend for two nights in a one bedroom suite. The room was nice, well appointed. The service was great and the hotel had nice amenities especially for a hotel over 100 years old. Fairmont never disappoints. "

Jamal, who checked us in, was very helpful throughout our stay, as was the rest of the staff we encountered. There was lots of on-site parking which was very easy to access and set up when checking in. Overall, wonderful experience!"

"Had only one elevator going, no coffee in the room. They only have coffee from 4-7am then you have to go to the restaurant and buy coffee. The restaurant is closed on sundays and the staff at the desk was not very helpful at all."

"The room was clean and nice. The staff always extremely helpful. The hotel doesn’t include breakfast. They have several great dining options available. The hotel is convenient to all downtown seattle has to offer. The pool is great and so much fun. This is one of our favorite hotels."
